Cu totii stim ca apa si alte lichide sanatoase sunt necesare pentru\u00a0hidratare, iar fara ea nu putem supravietui decat 3-4 zile. In articolul de fata iti oferim informatii utile despre apa: cat de importanta este apa pentru sanatatea si starea ta de bine, cat de reala este recomandarea de a bea 2 litri\/zi si ce risti daca bei prea multa.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Importanta apei pentru sanatate<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apa este o necesitate \u2013 pastreaza fiecare sistem din corp la parametri de functionare normali, are o multitudine de functii importante si este necesara pentru desfasurarea multor procese care au loc in organismul uman. Nu degeaba 60% din corpul nostru este compus din apa! In fiecare zi elimini apa din organism prin urina, transpiratie si respiratie. In functie de tipul de activitate pe care il ai, varsta, starea de sanatate si mediul in care te afli, poti pierde mai multa apa decat de obicei: atunci cand depui efort sau alergi in parc intr-o zi calduroasa si transpiri mai mult ori cand suferi de stari de febra, voma sau diaree, corpul ti se deshidrateaza foarte repede, pierzand mult lichid in scurt timp, fara sa iti dai seama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bebelusii (care nu pot cere apa) si batranii (ai caror rinichi si centru de sete din creier nu mai functioneaza normal) sunt cei mai susceptibili la deshidratare (manifestata prin senzatii de slabiciune, tensiune scazuta, ameteala, confuzie si schimbarea culorii urinei). De aceea, este important sa completam nivelul de apa pe care am pierdut-o. In afara acestor situatii speciale, trebuie sa consumi apa in mod natural, cand iti este sete si incorporata intr-o alimentatie echilibrata, iar atata timp cat ii oferi corpului tau destule lichide, vei ramane hidratata. Nu se stie sigur de unde a aparut recomandarea cunoscuta a celor 8 pahare de apa\/zi, dar cea mai plauzibila explicatie are drept sursa armata. Totalul apei zilnice e greu de carat de un soldat, deci era important pentru acestia sa stie exact cata apa le trebuie: li s-a dat estimarea in cauza, calculata pentru soldati activi, care cara ruscacuri grele si care include lichidele continute in mancare. Prin urmare, specialistii de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/staying-healthy\/the-importance-of-staying-hydrated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Harvard<\/a> recomanda oamenilor obisnuiti sa bea doar 880-1.480 ml apa\/zi, adica in jur de 4-6 pahare. Alta metoda general valabila recomandata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mynetdiary.com\/water-needs.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">expertii in domeniu<\/a> este consumul a 35 ml de apa pentru fiecare kilogram-corp. De exemplu, o persoana de 60 de kilograme trebuie sa bea 2.100 ml de apa\/zi. Persoanele de peste 55 de ani, trebuie sa isi inmulteasca greutatea cu 30 ml, iar cele de peste 65 de ani \u2013 cu 25 ml.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Citeste si articolul nostru despre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/de-ce-somnul-si-hidratarea-sunt-atat-de-importante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de ce somnul si hidratarea sunt atat de importante<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Prea multa apa strica<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13582 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/apa-sport.jpg\" alt=\"apa sport\" width=\"640\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/apa-sport.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/apa-sport-324x194.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>In 2015, un grup de 17 experti din intreaga lume a publicat un <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/cjsportsmed\/Fulltext\/2015\/07000\/Statement_of_the_Third_International.2.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">studiu<\/a> de specialitate, avertizand ca un consum prea mare de apa (hiponatremie) poate fi periculos pentru sanatate: rinichii sunt inuntati de lichid pe care nu il pot procesa eficient, nivelul de sodiu din organism nu poate echilibra nivelul de apa, iar celulele si creierul se umfla, rezultatul putand fi chiar decesul! Sportivii sunt supusi celui mai mare risc, din acest punct de vedere, dar si persoanele care sufera de diverse boli (ale tiroidei, ficatului, rinichilor, de inima) sau iau anumite medicamente, care ii determina sa retina apa (antidepresive, impotriva durerii, antiinflamatoare).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sfaturi utile pentru a evita deshidratarea<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cum poti sa te asiguri ca bei destula apa intr-o zi? Mai jos ai cateva sfaturi utile, in acest sens!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bea apa de fiecare data cand iti este sete. <\/strong>Medicii spun ca setea este un mecanism automat care ajuta pe oricine sa consume exact atatea lichide cate ii sunt necesare. Avand in vedere ca oamenii sunt atat de dependenti de apa, nu e deloc surprizator faptul ca organsimul nostru a evoluat pentru a o conserva si a-i regla nivelul. Sisteme complexe ne conecteaza creierul, rinichii si alte organe, pentru a pastra nivelul optim al lichidelor. Cand acesta scade, hipotalamusul trimite un semnal spre glanda pituitara, care elimina hormonul ADH (vasopresina), determinand rinichii sa retina apa si sa produca urina mai concentrata (si mai intunecata la culoare). Totodata, creierul primeste un feedback negativ din partea organelor \u201einsetate\u201d si mecanismului setei este activat. Cand bei prea multa apa, inversul are loc: se elibereaza mai putin ADH, iar rinichii trimite mai multa apa spre eliminare.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13585 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/sursa-de-apa.jpg\" alt=\"sursa de apa\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/sursa-de-apa.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/sursa-de-apa-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bea apa dupa ce revii de la baie, <\/strong><strong>cand te trezesti dimineata si la fiecare masa.<\/strong> Astfel iti vei mentine hidratarea optima de-a lungul zilei, intr-o maniera treptata si nu te vei simti fortata sa bei 1 litru de apa odata. Apa bauta inainte de micul dejun iti va stimula metabolismul si creierul, va compensa lichidele pierdute in timpul nopti si va elimina toxinele din organism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bea 2-3 pahare de apa in fiecare ora. <\/strong>Astfel iti vei reduce pofta de a bea alte bauturi bogate in calorii sau care deshidrateaza organismul. Si te vei asigura ca nu astepti sa ti se faca sete (ceea ce inseamna ca esti deja deshidratata). Tine un recipient cu apa la indemana pe tot parcursul zilei si bea din el cate putin, tot timpul.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bea apa cand iti este foame. <\/strong>Uneori crezi ca iti este foame, dar \u2013 de fapt \u2013 iti e doar sete. Bea apa cand simti nevoia sa rontai ceva; daca senzatia de foame persista si mananci, oricum apa va ajuta la o mai buna digestie a alimentelor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bea apa inainte de culcare. <\/strong>In acest fel, functiile organismului se vor regla, iar circulatia sangvina pe timpul noptii va fi imbunatatita (noaptea suntem mai predispusi la riscul de boli cardiace). Este recomandat sa bei apa cu cel mult 1 ora inainte de a te intinde in pat, pentru a nu te trezi sa mergi la baie in timpul somnului.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13578 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/apa-cu-lamaie.jpg\" alt=\"apa cu lamaie\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/apa-cu-lamaie.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/apa-cu-lamaie-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Adauga un pic de gust<\/strong> <strong>apei tale.<\/strong> Daca simti ca nu poti bea atat de multa apa simpla in fiecare zi, adauga in ea frunze proaspete de menta si felii de lamaie, portocala si\/sau castraveti sau bea apa minerala din cand in cand (aceasta din urma nu afecteaza calciul din oase, spun studiile de specialitate).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Te poti hidrata si prin ceea ce mananci.<\/strong> Pepenele rosu, salata, spanacul, morcovii, ciorbele si supele ofera orgnaismului tau lichide, care pot colabora in tandem cu apa bauta, pentru hidratare optima.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nu inlocui complet apa cu alte lichide.<\/strong> Multi oameni beau doar ceai, cafea, alcool, sucuri sau alte bauturi care contin apa, insa acestea nu pot inlocui complet doza zilnica de apa pe care trebuie sa o asiguri corpului. Bauturile care contin cafeina (cafeaua, ceaiul, anumite sucuri si bauturi alcoolice) au un efect diuretic, care duce la deshidratare, adica au exact efectul opus celui dorit. In plus, sucurile de tip cola pot scadea densitatea osoasa (favorizand osteoporoza) si acidul din ele poate afecta smaltul dentar. Asadar, fii mai atenta la cat de multa apa bei si incearca sa iti asiguri necesarul zilnic. Discuta cu medicul tau, daca esti insarcinata, alaptezi, ai probleme de sanatate, iei anumite medicamente sau ai o varsta inaintata, pentru a intelege exact cate lichide trebuie sa bei zilnic.
