Ingredient de baza in retetele de humus, nautul este folosit si in salate, supe, mancarici sau transformat in faina. Nautul este o sursa bogata de fibre si proteine, contine grasimi sanatoase, numeroase vitamine si minerale si 0 colesterol. In plus, nautul contine minerale care pot reduce riscul aparitiei acestei boli: magneziu si zinc.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">5.
