Studiul a fost realizat pe 83 de participanti sanatosi si face parte din proiectul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30475967\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FERTINUTS<\/a>, care a stabilit anterior ca un consum regulat de migdale, nuci si alune de padure imbunatateste calitatea spermei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In plus, desi sunt bogate in calorii si grasimi, nucile sunt sarace in zaharuri si, incluse constant in alimentatie, echivaleaza cu reducerea riscului de boli cardiovasculare, a mortalitatii totale si a aceleia provocate de cancer, boli respiratorii, diabet si infectii (noteaza un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5137221\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delicioase si satioase, nucile de diverse tipuri pot inlocui usor snacks-urile dulci sau sarate din comert sau pot fi adaugate in salate reci.
