De\u0219i pentru majoritatea oamenilor glutenul nu reprezint\u0103 o problem\u0103, exist\u0103 o popula\u021bie semnificativ\u0103 care se confrunt\u0103 cu sensibilit\u0103\u021bi sau reac\u021bii adverse la aceast\u0103 protein\u0103 &#8211; iar intr-o lume \u00een care intoleran\u021ba la gluten devine tot mai cunoscut\u0103, alegerea unor cereale f\u0103r\u0103 gluten este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru mul\u021bi dintre noi. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/22313950\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Studiile<\/a> sugereaza ca 0,5-6% din populatia globala este sensibila la gluten, aceasta afectiune fiind mai comuna in randul adultilor si a femeilor, in special.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13299 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cereale-fara-gluten.png\" alt=\"cereale fara gluten\" width=\"640\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cereale-fara-gluten.png 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cereale-fara-gluten-324x180.png 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sensibilitatea la gluten este foarte neplacuta, pentru ca organismul poate declansa un raspuns imunitar sub forma alergiei la grau, intolerentei la gluten sau a bolii celiace, suferind simptome diverse si uneori misterioase, fara legatura cu digestia (balonare, dureri de stomac, diaree, scadere in greutate, eczeme, eritem, dureri de cap, oboseala, depresie, dureri articulare si osoase). Acestea sunt provocate de faptul ca sistemul imunitar confunda proteinele de gluten cu invadatori periculosi si le ataca, luptand totodata si cu structurile din invelisul stomacal.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 te numeri printre cei care trebuie s\u0103 evite glutenul, sau vrei sa incepi diversificarea bebelusului tau cu surse de cereale bune, vestea bun\u0103 este c\u0103 exist\u0103 numeroase cereale integrale \u0219i pseudocereale care nu numai c\u0103 sunt lipsite de gluten, dar sunt \u0219i pline de beneficii pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate. \u00cen articolul de ast\u0103zi, \u00ee\u021bi vom prezenta cele mai bune surse de cereale fara gluten, optiuni foarte nutritive, pline de antioxidanti, care reduc riscul a numeroase boli si sunt foarte benefice pentru sanatate:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Hrisca<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen ciuda numelui s\u0103u, hri\u0219ca este o s\u0103m\u00e2n\u021b\u0103 asem\u0103n\u0103toare cerealelor care nu este \u00eenrudit\u0103 cu gr\u00e2ul \u0219i este 100% f\u0103r\u0103 gluten. Hrisca este bogata in fibre, proteine si antioxidanti (contine cantitati mari de rutin si quercetina, care pot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24512768\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reduce simptomele bolii Alzheimer<\/a>, respectiv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3685779\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reduce inflamatia si stresul oxidativ<\/a>). Studii din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7840076\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1995<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17645626\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2007<\/a> au descoperit ca hrisca are un impact pozitiv asupra factorilor de risc ai bolilor de inima: consumul de hrisca este asociat unui nivel mai mic de colesterol \u201erau\u201d\/LDL si total, un raport mai bun intre colesterolul \u201ebun\u201d\/HDL si cel total, un risc mai mic de hipertensiune si glicemie ridicata.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt studiu a observat constat\u0103ri similare, ar\u0103t\u00e2nd c\u0103 cei care au consumat hri\u0219c\u0103 au avut un risc mai sc\u0103zut de hipertensiune arterial\u0103, colesterol ridicat \u0219i zah\u0103r ridicat \u00een s\u00e2nge. 100g de hri\u0219c\u0103 g\u0103tit\u0103 ofer\u0103 10g de fibre \u0219i 13.3g de proteine \u0219i este o surs\u0103 bogat\u0103 de magneziu, cupru \u0219i mangan. O analiza din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25411276\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a> a descoperit ca beta-glucanul scade eficient colesterolul \u201erau\u201d\/LDL si total, fara a-l afecta pe cel \u201ebun\u201d\/HDL, iar alte studii (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/8033532\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1994<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/18633670\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>) spun ca poate incetini absorbtia zaharului in sange, reducand nivelul glicemiei si insulinei.
