Cine a avut o data pietre la rinichi, risca sa repete durereoasa experienta, deci poate bea 125 ml de zeama de lamaie\/zi, pentru a evita formarea repetata a acestora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lamaile ajuta organismul uman sa absoarba mai bine fierul din alimentele vegetale consumate (in plus, contin si ele fier), luptand astfel cu anemia?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Exista studii pe oameni care indica faptul ca o alimentatie bogata in citrice inseamna un risc scazut de cancer?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lamaii (pe numele sau latinesc, <em>Citrus limon<\/em>) sunt cultivati de aproape 2.500 de ani, sunt originari din Asia de SE (India sau China), raspandindu-se in Spania si Africa de Nord in Evul Mediu, gratie arabilor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lamaii infloresc tot timpul anului, fructele fiind culese de 6 ori\/an? Un lamai cultivat in scop comercial poate produce, in medie, 1.500 de lamai\/an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Limonada era una dintre bauturile preferate ale imparatilor chinezi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lamaile contin 30-45% suc, in functie de varietate, climat, stadiul de coacere in momentul culegerii si conditiile de depozitare ulterioara?
