Acizii grasi sunt elemente de constructie a membranelor celulare, ajuta la reglarea proceselor inflamatorii din organism, sunt surse importante de energie, sunt critici pentru functiile metabolice si sunt depozitati sub forma de grasime. Acestea din urma sunt un tip de lipide\/grasimi care circula prin sange, care poate creste riscul de boli coronariene, daca depaseste un anumit nivel (masurat, la fel ca si colesterolul, prin intermediul testelor de sange). Grasimile pe care le consumi prin alimentatie sunt descompuse in corp in colesterol (folosit la construirea de celule si hormoni) si acizi grasi, iar unii dintre acestia din urma (de care nu are nevoie imediat) devin trigliceride, calorii nefolosite, care sunt stocate in celulele grase si pot fi folosite pe post de energie, la nevoie (intre mese, cand corpul tau are nevoie, hormonii le elibereaza).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Care este nivelul normal al trigliceridelor?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nivelul normal a trigliceridelor este unul mai mic de sub 150 mg\/decilitru. Daca testele de sange arata ca ai intre 150 si 199 mg\/dl, atunci te confrunti cu un nivel de limita crescut; intre 200 si 499 mg\/dl \u2013 nivel crescut si peste 500 mg\/dl \u2013 nivel foarte crescut.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Corelatia intre trigliceridele mari si alte boli<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13243 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/sanatatea-inimii.png\" alt=\"sanatatea inimii\" width=\"640\" height=\"580\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/sanatatea-inimii.png 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/sanatatea-inimii-324x294.png 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/sanatatea-inimii-536x486.png 536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Un nivel crescut de trigliceride (hipertrigliceridemie) poate contribui la:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">intarirea arterelor sau a peretilor acestora (ateroscleroza) \u2013 ceea ce creste riscul de boli de inima, atac de cord si accident vascular cerebral<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">aparitia diabetului de tip 2 \u2013 este caracterizat prin obezitate glicemie, insulina si tensiune crescute; cand nivelul zaharului in sange e mare, ficatul il pune deoparte, sub forma de trigliceride, creste niveul insulinei, iar grasimile nou-aparute sunt pompate in sange sau stocate in jurul organelor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">steatoza\/boala hepatica non-alcoolica \u2013 odata acumulate in exces in corp, trigliceridele se duc si spre ficat, unde se acumuleaza; aceasta boala poate duce la ciroza sau insuficienta hepatica<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">inflamatia acuta a pancreasului (pancreatita) \u2013 un nivel foarte crescut al trigliceridelor (500 mg\/dl) creste riscul de inflamatie a pancreasului, care la randul lui creste riscul de cancer la pancreas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">sindromul metabolic (care combina hipertensiunea, obezitatea si glicemia ridicata)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">hipotiroidism<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Factorii de risc pentru hipertrigliceridemie<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13244 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/paste-carbohidrati.jpg\" alt=\"paste carbohidrati\" width=\"640\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/paste-carbohidrati.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/paste-carbohidrati-324x205.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Un nivel prea mare de trigliceride se atinge atunci cand mananci tot timpul mai multe calorii decat arzi, mai ales daca iti plac zaharul si carbohidratii. Factorii de risc care care iti pot ridica nivelul trigliceridelor sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>greutatea in exces<\/li>\n<li>lipsa sportului si miscarii in viata de zi cu zi<\/li>\n<li>fumatul<\/li>\n<li>consumul de alcool in exces<\/li>\n<li>o alimentatie bogata in carbohidrati<\/li>\n<li>anumite boli si medicamente (diuretice, estrogen, progestin, retinoide, steroizi)<\/li>\n<li>anumite boli genetice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">8 moduri de a scadea trigliceridele in mod natural<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pana ajungi la a te trata cu medicamentele prescrise de medicul specialist, acesta iti poate recomanda sa controlezi trigliceridele in mod natural, urmand sfaturile de mai jos.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Scapa de kilogramele in exces.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11952 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire.jpg\" alt=\"turmeric cura slabire\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Redu numarul de calorii consumate \u2013 slabitul scade nu doar grasimea din corp, ci si nivelul trigliceridelor (slabitul imbunatateste nivelul glicemiei si insulinei, ficatul producand mai putine trigliceride). Un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4987606\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a> a analizat 401 adulti supraponderali inrolati intr-un program de slabire in perioada 2003-2011. Rezultatele au aratat ca cei care au slabit 5-10% din greutatea corporala si-au redus seminficativ nivelul trigliceridelor. Alta cercetare din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7712338\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1995<\/a> a analizat persoane care au pus la loc kilogramele pierdute la un moment dat, descoperind ca trigliceridele au ramas mai mici, deci si o tentativa nereusita de slabire contribuie la un nivel redus al acestora.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Redu aportul de zahar.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13245 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/dulciuri-trigliceride.jpg\" alt=\"dulciuri trigliceride\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/dulciuri-trigliceride.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/dulciuri-trigliceride-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Evita zaharul si carbohidratii rafinati (zaharul, dulciurile si bauturile cu zahar adaugat, alimentele din faina alba sau cu fructoza \u2013 aproape toate alimentele ambalate, de fapt), care sunt trasformate prompt de catre ficat in trigliceride, mecanismul fiind unul de siguranta, pentru a preveni hiperglicemia in corp. Un studiu de specialitate din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21849529\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a> a concluzionat ca siropul de porumb bogat in fructoza mareste semnificativ nivelul trigliceridelor timp de 24 de ore dupa consum, dupa care acesta a revenit la normal, trigliceridele transformandu-se in grasime stocata. Alta cercetare (din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24717340\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>) noteaza ca aportul crescut de zahar este corelat cu un nivel ridicat de trigliceride in cazul copiilor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Consuma grasimi sanatoase.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11621 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Tipuri-de-grasimi.png\" alt=\"Tipuri de grasimi\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Tipuri-de-grasimi.png 900w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Tipuri-de-grasimi-324x182.png 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Tipuri-de-grasimi-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Tipuri-de-grasimi-741x417.png 741w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/>Desi pare contraintuitiv, o alimentatie bogata in grasimi sanatoase poate scadea nivelul de grasimi care circula prin sange. Cum? Hipertrigliceridemia inseamna obezitate, nivel scazut al colesterolui \u201ebun\u201d\/HDL, glicemie si insulina mari, rezistenta la insulina (cu alte cuvinte, sindrom metabolic, care este provocat de alimentatiile bogate in carbohidrati). O alimentatie axata pe grasimi sanatoase (nesaturate) si carbohidrati putini (cum este dieta ketogenica) iti antreneaza corpul sa arde grasimi (si nu glucoza) pentru energie. Dieta ketogenica a fost testata: in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2716748\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2004<\/a>, pe 83 de persoane obeze, dupa 24 de saptamani scazandu-le nivelul trigliceridelor, glicemiei, colesterolului \u201erau\u201d\/LDL si crescandu-le nivelul colesterolului \u201ebun\u201d\/HDL; in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16424116\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2006<\/a>, timp de 12 saptamani, pe 29 de barbati, carora le-au scazut grasimea abdominala cu 20% si nivelul trigliceridelor cu 38,6%; in <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionandmetabolism.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/1743-7075-5-36?wptouch_preview_theme=enabled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>, pe pacienti cu diabet de tip 2, avand rezultate promitatoare apropo de vindecarea acestora.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Consuma fibre.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13246 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/mere-fibre-trigliceride.jpg\" alt=\"mere fibre trigliceride\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/mere-fibre-trigliceride.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/mere-fibre-trigliceride-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Fibrele alimentare din fructe, leguminoase, legume si cereale integrale hranesc bacteriile din intestin, care produc acizi grasi antiinflamatorii, maresc satietatea, tin sub control glicemia (prevenind diabetul), sprijina sistemul imunitar, asigura un tranzit intenstinal regulat si poate scadea nivelul de grasimi din sange. Analizand 259 de femei timmp de 2 luni, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3290909\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2010<\/a>, cercetatorii au descoperit ca cele care au mancat mai mult de 22 g de fibre\/zi aveau trigliceridele si colesterolul total mai mici.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Mananca nuci.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diverse studii observationale au scos la iveala faptul ca o alimentatie bogata in nuci este corelata invers proportial cu riscul de boli de inima (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/11122711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1999<\/a>).
