Un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25097842\">2014<\/a> (\u00een care 50 de persoane cu osteoartrit\u0103 a genunchiului au consumat 3 linguri de susan\/zi, timp de 2 luni, \u00een paralel cu tratamentul medical obi\u0219nuit) a descoperit c\u0103 semin\u021bele au redus semnificativ nivelul de colesterol, comparativ cu grupul care a primit un placebo. \u00cen plus, dou\u0103 studii recente \u2013 din anul 2018 (<a href=\"1\">1<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30666980\">2)<\/a> \u2013 au f\u0103cut legatur\u0103 \u00eentre o alimenta\u021bie bogat\u0103 \u00een gr\u0103simi mononesaturate (1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de tahini con\u021bine 3 g) \u0219i un risc redus de apari\u021bie a diabetului de tip 2.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Studii legate clar de tahini \u0219i acest efect antibacterian asupra oamenilor nu exist\u0103, dar \u00een unele \u021b\u0103ri din Orientul Mijlociu \u0219i Europa Central\u0103, uleiul de susan este folosit ca remediu casnic \u00eempotriva <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23983379\">r\u0103nilor provocate de diabet, la nivelul picioarelor<\/a> (efect de vindecare observat si pe animale, \u00eentr-un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27990170\">2016<\/a>). O cercetare de laborator (din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23961425\">2013<\/a>) a analizat efectul extractului de semin\u021be de susan asupra a 27 de tulpini bacteriene rezistente la antibiotice \u0219i s-a observat c\u0103 acesta este eficient \u00een 77% dintre cazuri.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Pe termen scurt, aceasta este un raspuns normal al organismului la trauma \u0219i agresiunea extern\u0103 (diver\u0219i patogeni), dar inflama\u021bia cronic\u0103 poate avea drept rezultat apari\u021bia de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/31201605\">boli cardiovasculare<\/a>. Efectul anti-inflamatoriu \u0219i antinociceptiv (de blocare a detectarii durerii de c\u0103tre stimulii nervo\u0219i) al sesaminei \u0219i al uleiului de susan au fost demonstrate \u00een cazul r\u0103nilor diverse (\u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24824289\">2014<\/a>), bolilor de pl\u0103m\u00e2ni (\u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26468152\">2016<\/a>), al artritei reumatoide (\u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27400672\">2016<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/29992108\">2017<\/a>) \u0219i al astmului (\u00een<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28105144\"> 2016<\/a>). Majoritatea studiilor au fost efectuate \u00eens\u0103 pe animale, folosind o doz\u0103 concentrat\u0103 de antioxidan\u021bi din susan: asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 sunt necesare cercet\u0103ri aprofundate pentru a demonstra clar efectul pastei de tahini asupra inflama\u021biei, odat\u0103 inclus\u0103 \u00een alimenta\u021bia uman\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Semin\u021bele de susan protejeaz\u0103 celulele cerebrale \u0219i nervoase de ac\u021biunea radicalilor liberi (conform studiilor de laborator din 2016, <a href=\"1\">1<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27865355\">2<\/a>), scade efectele negative ale toxicit\u0103\u021bii cu aluminiu la nivel cerebral (conform unei cercet\u0103ri pe animale din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25829772\">2015<\/a>), antioxidan\u021bii din ele pot trece bariera s\u00e2nge-creier, afect\u00e2nd direct sistemul nervos central (conform studiilor din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28781979\">2014<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30475504\">2016<\/a>), \u0219i pot preveni formarea de pl\u0103ci beta-amiloide la nivelul creierului, pl\u0103ci caracteristice bolii Alzheimer (conform unei analize pe animale din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30118882\">2018<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">7. C\u0103 antioxidan\u021bii din semin\u021bele de susan pot \u00eencetini rata de dezvoltare a tumorilor \u0219i c\u0103 declan\u0219eaz\u0103 moartea celulelor canceroase de la nivelul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27328416\">colonului<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27270451\">pl\u0103manilor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28374807\">ficatului<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25987037\">s\u00e2nilor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">8.
