Consumul de lapte \u0219i de alimente ob\u021binute din lapte este, practic, parte integrant\u0103 din istoria omului modern.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimele decenii sunt \u00eens\u0103 marcate de o transformare care devine paradigmatic\u0103- La nivel mondial, din ce \u00een ce mai mult\u0103 lume renun\u021b\u0103 la clasicul lapte de vac\u0103 \u0219i se orienteaz\u0103 \u2013 din motive legate de s\u0103n\u0103tate, etice sau de stil de via\u021b\u0103 \u2013 spre alternativele vegetale: a\u0219a-numitul lapte de soia, de migdale, de orez sau de cocos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen orice supermarket sau magazin online cu produse naturiste, vegane si bio se poate g\u0103si acum o multitudine de alternative de origine vegetal\u0103 &#8211; poate fi chiar dificil s\u0103 alegi, dac\u0103 vrei sa te ghidezi \u0219i dup\u0103 continutul nutri\u021bional, nu doar dup\u0103 gust. \u00cencerc\u0103m s\u0103 te ajut\u0103m s\u0103 faci alegerea optim\u0103 pentru tine cu cele de mai jos.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12965\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12965\" style=\"width: 749px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12965 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Laptele-\u0219i-alternativele-lui-vegetale.png\" alt=\"Laptele \u0219i alternativele lui vegetale\" width=\"749\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Laptele-\u0219i-alternativele-lui-vegetale.png 749w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Laptele-\u0219i-alternativele-lui-vegetale-324x208.png 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Laptele-\u0219i-alternativele-lui-vegetale-741x475.png 741w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 749px) 100vw, 749px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-12965\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">*aceste valori sunt unele medii, put\u00e2nd varia \u00een func\u021bie de tipul de lapte, modul de procesare sau \u00een func\u021bie de con\u021binutul \u00een produs vegetal.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Laptele de vaca<\/h2>\n<p>O can\u0103 de lapte integral\/gras con\u021bine 150 kcal, 12 g carbohidrati (lactoz\u0103), 8 g gr\u0103simi, 8 g proteine. Laptele de vac\u0103 \u00een varianta integral\u0103 contine toate componentele naturale ale acestuia, deci este bogat in proteine, gr\u0103simi (saturate), vitamine (A, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12) \u0219i minerale (calciu, fosfor, seleniu, potasiu, zinc, magneziu, sodiu, cupru). \u00cen plus, contine colesterol \u0219i urme de hormoni naturali. Exist\u0103 \u0219i variante (semi)degresate, de 1,5% sau 0,1% gr\u0103sime, care p\u0103streaza proteinele, o parte dintre vitamine si minerale, dar pierde din calorii \u0219i gr\u0103simi (absen\u021ba acestora din urm\u0103 poate reduce absorb\u021bia anumitor minerale).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12966 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-vaca.jpg\" alt=\"lapte de vaca\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-vaca.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-vaca-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca este o surs\u0103 bun\u0103 de calciu, laptele de vac\u0103 nu este u\u0219or de digerat pentru toata lumea \u2013 altfel spus, acest mineral poate sa nu fie absorbit \u00eentotdeauna in organism. Mai mult, daca nu ai, la nivelul sistemului digestiv, destula <em>lactaz\u0103<\/em> (enzima care diger\u0103 lactoza), po\u021bi dezvolta intoleran\u021b\u0103 sau sensibilitate la lactoz\u0103. Laptele poate fi un alergen comun pentru bebelu\u0219i \u0219i pentru unii adul\u021bi (din cauza caseinei, proteina care poate provoca simptome ca balonare, durere abdominal\u0103, diaree, reflux gastroesofagian, irita\u021bii la nivelul pielii, umflare a buzelor, limbii, fe\u021bei, g\u00e2tului, congestie nazal\u0103). O alergie la laptele de vac\u0103 \u00een copil\u0103rie poate s\u0103 se agraveze la maturitate sau se poate transforma chiar \u00een intoleran\u021b\u0103 la lactoz\u0103. Cercet\u0103rile arat\u0103 ca o alergie la lapte in copilarie inseamna o predispozitie crescuta spre a face\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30373230\">astm<\/a>. Alte\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/31155933\">studii<\/a>\u00a0au descoperit o leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre casein\u0103 \u0219i cancerul de prostat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Veganii care renunta la laptele animal pot fi motivati si de problemele etice legate de practicile fermierilor, de tratamentul animalelor ori de faptul ca laptele de vac\u0103 nu este un produs sustenabil pentru mediu (sunt necesari 7,381 litri de ap\u0103 pentru a produce 3,8 litri de lapte).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Laptele de migdale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12967 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-migdale.jpg\" alt=\"lapte de migdale\" width=\"640\" height=\"451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-migdale.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-migdale-324x228.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lapte-de-migdale-100x70.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O can\u0103 de lapte de migdale ne\u00eendulcit con\u021bine 30-60 kcal, 1 g carbohidra\u021bi, 3 g gr\u0103simi, 1 g proteine. Lipsit de lactoz\u0103, laptele de migdale contine vitamine (A, B2, E), minerale (calciu, magneziu, sodiu, fier), gr\u0103simi nesaturate \u0219i o cantitate mic\u0103 de carbohidra\u021bi. Nu con\u021bine colesterol, gr\u0103simi saturate \u0219i gluten. Evident, nu este recomandat persoanelor care au alergie la nuci \u0219i alune.<\/p>\n<p>Laptele de migdale poate fi alegerea potrivit\u0103 pentru cei cu intoleran\u021b\u0103 la lactoz\u0103 sau sensibilit\u0103\u021bi legate de lactate, pentru cei care respect\u0103 posturile religioase ori pentru cei care lupt\u0103 cu kilogramele \u00een plus. Laptele de cocos provoac\u0103 rar alergii \u0219i con\u021bine mai multe gr\u0103simi dec\u00e2t alte alternative vegetale ale laptelui de vac\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Diverse cercet\u0103ri au g\u0103sit dovezi concludente potrivit c\u0103rora consumul echilibrat de lapte de nuc\u0103 de cocos, prin con\u021binutul \u00een acid lauric, poate cre\u0219te nivelul HDL (lipoprotein\u0103 de \u00eenalt\u0103 densitate &#8211; benefic\u0103) \u0219i ajut\u0103 la reducerea LDL colesterolului, cu poten\u021bial d\u0103un\u0103tor. Facem totu\u0219i observa\u021bia c\u0103 laptele din cocos, prin con\u021binutul ridicat \u00een gr\u0103simi, poate suprasolicita bila \u0219i de aceea, dac\u0103 se consum\u0103 ca atare, \u00een cereale sau ca o b\u0103utur\u0103 r\u0103coritoare, se recomand\u0103 a se dilua cu ap\u0103 (1:1).
