pastreaza palariile si pune-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, cu partea concava in sus, pentru a le pregati de umplere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inainte de a gati ciupercile, presara deasupra lor 2 linguri de ulei si un praf de sare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Da tava la cuptorul preincalzit, la 150<sup>o<\/sup> C, pana cand ciupercile se inmoaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Scurge bine de apa quinoa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata ceapa de coaja si taie-o marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o tigaie, incinge restul de ulei si inabusa ceapa tocata, apoi adauga deasupra ei quinoa, codi\u021bele de ciuperci tocate m\u0103runt si restul de ingrediente (tofu dat pe razatoare, usturoiul presat si condimentele).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Scoate tava cu ciupercile din cuptor, stinge-l si si umple palariile cu amestecul din tigaie (compozitia de quinoa), apoi introdu tava la cuptorul inca fierbinte pentru inca 5-10 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Ciuperci umplute cu quinoa si tofu<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti incerca sa faci aceste ciuperci umplute cu quinoa si tofu din timp, le poti depozita la frigider (suprapuse, intr-o caserola acoperita de un capac) si le poti reincalzi in cuptor imediat dupa sosirea invitatilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti injumatati cantitatea de ceapa din compozitie si introduce in loc 200 g de ardei capia\/gras rosu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ciupercile sunt o sursa de minerale (seleniu, potasiu, fosfor, magneziu, sodiu), vitamine (B-uri, C si D), antioxidanti?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Exista aproximativ 140.000 de specii de ciuperci in intreaga lume, dar doar 100 dintre ele sunt studiate pentru descoperirea potentialului lor medicinal si beneficiilor pentru sanatatea umana?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Seleniul din ciuperci are proprietati anticancerigene, antioxidante si antiinflamatorii, putand proteja organismul de cancer, boli de inima, afectiuni ale tiroidei si declin cognitiv?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ciupercile iti ofera proteine slabe, zero colesterol si grasimi si foarte putini carbohidrati \u2013 deci te pot ajuta sa iti reduci nivelul colesterolului si sa previi bolile cardiovasculare (arteroscleroza, atacul de cord, accident vascular cerebral)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ciupercile sunt un aliment natural ideal pentru diabetici, continand insulina si enzime care ajutala descompunerea zaharului sau amidonului din alimentatie?
