cca 10- 15 minute la temperatur\u0103 mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spala morcovul si ardeiul gras, da morcovul pe razatoarea mare si taie ardeiul in feliute subtiri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incinge, intr-o tigaie, uleiul si adauga morcovul, ardeiul, restul de miez de v\u00e2n\u0103t\u0103 scobit\u0103 ce si tofu taiat cubulete, al\u0103turi de c\u00e2teva linguri de ap\u0103.
