Cand alegem cu ce sa ne umplem frigiderul, camara si farfuria, gustul ramane factorul nr. 1 pentru majoritatea consumatorilor, dar pretul si disponibilitatea alimentelor conteaza si ele \u2013 ceea ce transforma dieta contemporana intr-o cursa cu obstacole ultraprocesate, daunatoare sanatatii. Alimentatia noastra are un impact deloc de neglijat asupra riscului de a face cancer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In articolul de fata am citit cele mai noi studii de specialitate care analizeaza legatura dintre mancare si temuta boala si iti explicam foarte clar ce trebuie sa ai mereu in frigier, in camara si in farfurie si ce ar fi bine sa cumperi si consumi cat mai rar spre deloc, pentru a tine cancerul la distanta.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De ce te imbolnavesti de cancer?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12695 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/fumat-cancer.jpg\" alt=\"fumat cancer\" width=\"640\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/fumat-cancer.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/fumat-cancer-324x205.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cancerul este o boala provocata de substante cancerigene, care afecteaza in mod repetat genele si le modifica\/distrug. Factorii de risc pot fi biologici (varsta, sex, tip de piele, defecte genetice), de mediu (radiatii UV, virusuri, bacterii), ocupationali (materiale radioactive, azbest, compusi chimici din metale si plastic) sau de lifestyle (fumatul, alimentatia, consumul de alcool). Majoritatea cazurilor de cancer nu apar dintr-un singur motiv, dar alimentatia este un factor de risc cancerigen care poate fi controlat!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cum iti creste alimentatia gresita riscul de cancer?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/jncics\/advance-article\/doi\/10.1093\/jncics\/pkz034\/5492023?searchresult=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> (publicat in mai 2019, de JNCI Cancer Spectrum) a estimat numarul nou de cazuri de cancer aparute in randul americanilor de peste 20 de ani si atribuibile unei diete nesanatoase ca fiind de 80.110 (echivalentul a 5,2% din numarul total de cazuri de cancer invaziv, proportie comparabila cu cea a cancerelor aparute din cauza alcoolului).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12697 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/fast-food-prajeli.jpg\" alt=\"fast food prajeli\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/fast-food-prajeli.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/fast-food-prajeli-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Temuta maladie provoaca 1 din 4 decese in SUA (fiind a doua cauza principala de deces in tara amintita), iar in jur de 1,7 milioane de americani au primit vestea ca sufera de cancer, in 2018. Studiul a analizat informatii legate de alimentatie (din perioada 2013-2016) si de incidenta a cazurilor de cancer (din 2015). Cea mai mare parte dintre cazurile de cancer aparute in randul participantilor ca urmare a alimentatie (38,3%) a fost reprezentata de cancerul colorectal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cercetarea amintita a descoperit ca 7 factori alimentari au contribuit la aparitia cancerului in randul acestor persoane: un consum prea mic de cereale integrale, fructe, legume si lactate, dublat de o prezenta in exces a carnii rosii si procesate si bauturilor cu adaos de zahar. Sa le luam pe rand!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cereale integrale<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12699 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/paine-integrala.jpg\" alt=\"paine integrala\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/paine-integrala.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/paine-integrala-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cerealele procesate \u2013 cum este faina alba \u2013 nu contin toti nutrientii din boabe, rafinarea eliminand elemente ca Vitamina E, cuprul, zincul, seleniul, lignanii, fitoestrogenii (care au proprietati \u00a0anti-cancerigene, conform specialistilor) si fibrele (care alimenteaza bacteriile sanatoase din intestin si fermenteaza, transformandu-se in acizi grasi cu lant scurt, care pot preveni cancerul, ajuta digestia si scad inflamatia). Primele doua se formeaza in carnea rosie (vita, porc, miel) si procesata (carnati, crenvursti, salam, sunca, bacon, carne afumata\/la conserva) in timpul gatirii la temperaturi inalte; a treia molecula se produce in colon, cand acesta este plin de fier heme (cel care da carnii culoarea rosie), nitrati si nitriti. Analizand 502.619 britanici de 40-69 de ani (in perioada 2006-2010, timp in care in randul lor s-au inregistrat 2.609 de cazuri de cancer), cercetatorii au descoperit ca: 76 g de carne rosie si procesata pe zi cresc cu 20% sansele aparitiei acestui tip de cancer; carnea procesata este mai periculoasa decat cea rosie (riscul creste cu 20% cu fiecare 25 g de carne procesata si cu 19% cu fiecare 50 g de carne rosie); persoanele care consumau cele mai multe fibre din cereale au avut un risc cu 14% mai mic; alcoolul creste cu 8% riscul la fiecare 10 g\/zi consumate in plus.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Bauturi cu adaos de zahar<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12702 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/bauturi-cu-adaos-de-zahar.jpg\" alt=\"bauturi cu adaos de zahar\" width=\"640\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/bauturi-cu-adaos-de-zahar.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/bauturi-cu-adaos-de-zahar-324x250.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/bauturi-cu-adaos-de-zahar-631x486.jpg 631w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spre deosebire de ceilalti factori alimentari de mai sus, zaharul nu cauzeaza cancer direct \u2013 el contribuie la ingrasare, iar aceasta induce inflamatia cronica a organismului, producand substante pro-inflamatorii in corp, crescand nivelul de insulina (care stimuleaza dezvoltarea celulara) si influentand nivelul de hormoni.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Alegeri sanatoase care combat cancerul<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a-ti ajuta organismul sa se tina la distanta de cancer nu strica sa ai in vedere si eliminarea din peisaj a junk food-ului si a tuturor alimentelor ultraprocesate. \u201eJunk food\u201d-ul este un termen care reuneste sub umbrela lui alimente cu multe calorii (din zaharuri sau grasimi) si putine proteine, vitamine si minerale. Cartofii prajiti cu burgeri, dulciurile din comert, bauturile acidulate, pizza si meniurile pline de prajeli de la orice fast food sunt daunatoare pentru inima, provoca dezechilibre metabolice si cancer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12706 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/burger-cartofi-prajiti.jpg\" alt=\"burger cartofi prajiti\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/burger-cartofi-prajiti.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/burger-cartofi-prajiti-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosmedicine\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pmed.1002651\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> (publicat in septembrie 2018, de PLOS Medicine) ofera dovezi stiintifice clare, pentru adultii din 10 tari europene: examinand alimentatia a 471.495 de persoane (dintre care 49.794 bolnavi de cancer), cercetatorii au demonstrat ca produsele cu o calitate nutritionala mai mica sunt asociate unui risc mai mare de cancer. Europenii care consuma cel mai des junk food au risc crescut de cancer\u00a0 colorectal, al tractului respirator si de stomac, barbatii au un risc crescut de cancer de plamani, iar femeile \u2013 de cancer de ficat si de san (aparut dupa instalarea menopauzei).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alimentele ultraprocesate constituie 60% dintre caloriile din dieta americanilor (conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/bmjopen.bmj.com\/content\/6\/3\/e009892?utm_source=trendmd&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=bmjopen&amp;trendmd-shared=1&amp;utm_content=Journalcontent&amp;utm_term=TrendMDPhase4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a>\u00a0din 2016), peste 50% dintre caloriile din dieta britanicilor (conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/journals\/public-health-nutrition\/article\/household-availability-of-ultraprocessed-foods-and-obesity-in-nineteen-european-countries\/D63EF7095E8EFE72BD825AFC2F331149\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> din 2017), 50% dintre caloriile din dieta canadienilor (conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heartandstroke.ca\/-\/media\/pdf-files\/canada\/media-centre\/hs-report-upp-moubarac-dec-5-2017.ashx?la=en&amp;hash=9FB9794C42D6B6BA93AB91335E2B6A612656C586\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> din 2017), iar din ce in ce mai multi oameni din restul lumii incep sa manance la fel de prost. Dar cum faci sa rezisti cu stoicism unei gogosi pline cu ciocolata, de la magazinul tau preferat? Ei bine, tine minte ca o crestere de 10% in proportia de alimente ultraprocesate consumate inseamna o crestere de peste 10% a riscului de cancer (bauturile cu adaos de zahar fiind asociate cu sanse mai mari de cancer de san), conform unui <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/360\/bmj.k322\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> de specialitate (publicat in februarie 2018, in BMJ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12707 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/gogosi-umplute-crema.jpg\" alt=\"gogosi umplute crema\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/gogosi-umplute-crema.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/gogosi-umplute-crema-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cand mergi la cumparaturi, elimina din cos toate produsele care contin in lista de ingrediente peste 5 elemente, termeni pe care nu ii recunosti sau care sunt greu de pronuntat, aditivi, emulsificatori, arome si coloranti artificiali, o tona de zahar, sare si calorii. Nu mai cumpara din supermarket crenvursti, carnati, margarina, sosuri si supe instant, mancaruri semipreparate, snacks-uri dulci\/sarate, inghetata, bomboane, prajituri, batoane de cereale si nu mai bea bauturi carbogazoase si sucuri de fructe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alege in locul lor produse procesate la un nivel minim (legume congelate, de exemplu) sau deloc (un <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1001\/jamainternmed.2018.4357\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> publicat decembrie 2018, in JAMA Internal Medicine indica faptul ca un consum frecvent de alimente organice scade riscul de cancer)!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12710 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/viata-lunga-sanatoasa.jpg\" alt=\"viata lunga sanatoasa\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/viata-lunga-sanatoasa.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/viata-lunga-sanatoasa-324x243.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/viata-lunga-sanatoasa-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/viata-lunga-sanatoasa-265x198.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">World Cancer Research Fund\/American Institute for Cancer Research <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcrf.org\/dietandcancer\/cancer-prevention-recommendations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recomanda<\/a> urmatorul pachet de alegeri sanatoase care pot avea un impact\u00a0 major asupra sanselor oricaruia dintre noi de a face cancer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">mentinerea unei greutati sanatoase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">un stil de viata activ<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">o alimentatie zilnica bogata in cereale integrale, legume, fructe si leguminoase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">limitarea alimentelor procesate bogate in grasimi, amidon, sare si zahar (fast food\/junk food)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">limitarea carnii rosii si procesate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">limitarea bauturilor cu adaos de zahar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">limitarea consumului de alcool<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">suplimentele nu trebuie folosite in locul unei alimentatii santoase, nevoile nutritionale trebuie indeplinite in primul rand prin dieta<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">alaptarea naturala este sanatoasa si recomandata si pentru mama, si pentru bebelus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Urmeaza toate aceste sfaturi in paralel, pentru ca degeaba mananci toata vara capsuni, daca iti imbolnavesti colonul consumand frecvent crenvursti la micul dejun. Mecanismele alimentare de mai sus iti scad riscul de cancer (dar luate la comun, pentru ca se influenteaza si se completeaza reciproc) si ai mai putine sanse de imbolnavire daca le respecti. Evident, exista persoane care traiesc sanatos si tot fac cancer, in timp ce altele fumeaza si beau o viata intreaga, fara a se imbolnavi \u2013 deoarece, asa cum spuneam la inceputul acestui articol, alimentatia este doar unul dintre factorii de risc cancerigeni.
