Toti am copilarit cu dulceturile mamei sau bunicii, gatite dupa reteta clasica in care raportul de fructe si zahar alb era de 1:1. Astazi iti propunem o dulceata de capsuni mai sanatoasa: fara conservanti din comert (pectina alimentara), folosind fructe coapte bine, dulci si parfumate, si mai putin de jumatate din cantitatea clasica de zahar (pentru ca noi credem ca dulceata delicioasa poate fi si sanatoasa).<\/p>\n<p class=\"recipe-summary\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceasta reteta de dulceata de capsuni se bazeaza pe mere acrisoare pentru a obtine inchegarea: aceste fructe contin in mod natural pectina, fibra care asigura textura perfecta. Unele retete adauga suc de lamaie in loc de pectina, dar aroma acestuia o poate depasi pe cea a capsunelor, deci merele sunt mai potrivite. cand apa incepe sa fiarba, asteapta 10 minute, apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa alte 5 minute, scoate cu grija borcanele din apa, pune-le pe un prosop curat si lasa-le la racit peste noapte sau cel putin 12 ore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Verifica toate capacele: daca, la apasarea cu degetul, mijlocul se misca, atunci borcanul nu e sterilizat bine \u2013 trebuie pus la frigider si mancat in curand; in caz contrar, toate borcanele ti-au reusit si le poti depozita in camara sau la loc umbrit timp de pana la 1 an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Dulceata de capsuni<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata capsunile de frunze si abia apoi cantareste-le: trebuie sa obtii 1 kg de capsune curatate pentru aceasta reteta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti testa foarte simplu cand este gata dulceata de capsuni. Picura sirop de dulceata intr-un pahar cu apa rece; daca picaturile raman inchegate, este gata. Sau picura sirop de dulceata pe o farfurie tinuta la congelator, pune-o la frigider si, dupa cateva minute trage o linie cu degetul prin mijlocul siropului; daca cele doua jumatati de sirop nu se unesc pe farfurie, este gata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca ai lasat prea mult pe foc oala cu dulceata de capsuni si s-a intarit prea mult, poti adauga putina apa si reincalzi oala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti consuma aceasta aromata dulceata de capsuni si chia pe felii prajite de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/paine-de-casa-fara-framantare-cu-seminte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paine de casa<\/a>, alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/clatite-din-faina-integrala-si-banane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clatite frantuzesti<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/clatite-americane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clatite americane<\/a>, pentru a umple briose, torturi sau a decora o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/inghetata-de-casa-cu-banane-reteta-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">inghetata de banane<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Capsunile ajuta imunitatea (gratie Vitaminei C), pot reduce tensiunea (gratie potasiului) si pot trata simptomele artritei si gutei (gratie antioxidantilor)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Gratie prezentei flavonoizilor, capsunile pot fi un ajutor de nadejde pentru ochi sanatosi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce spui de o dulceata de capsuni care contine doar 400 g de zahar la 1 kg de fructe?
