Perioada iunie-august inseamna vacante la mare si la munte, plimbari mai dese prin parc (pe jos sau cu bicicleta), iesiri la iarba verde si festivaluri culinare, un bronz sanatos, dar si o multitudine de potentiale probleme de sanatate \u2013 de la piscaturi de tantari, la arsuri solare, insolatii si deshidratare. Nu bei destula apa.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12559 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/piscina-vara.jpg\" alt=\"piscina vara\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/piscina-vara.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/piscina-vara-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Vara inseamna soare, deci caldura si un risc major de deshidratare. Pe masura ce petreci mai mult timp afara, la temperaturi ridicate si transpirand prin 2,6 milioane de glande sudoripare, trebuie sa te asiguri ca doza zilnica de apa nu ramane la fel ca cea din lunile reci. Corpul uman este in proportie de 60% apa, iar beneficiile hidratarii corespunzatoare nu sunt de neglijat: reglarea temperaturii corporale, functionarea optima a rinichilor, articulatii lubrifiate, piele supla, kilograme in minus, digestie si tensiune corecte, buna dispozitie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca pierzi mai multe fluide decat ingerezi, atunci corpul tau nu va avea destul apa pentru a functiona normal. Deshidratarea este un pericol real, care atrage dupa sine \u00a0dureri de cap, oboseala, contractii musculare involuntare, urinare rara (si o culoare inchisa a urinei), constipatie, insolatie, ameteala, pierderea cunostintei, soc hipovolemic (volumul redus de sange din organism produce scaderea tensiunii si a cantitatii de oxigen) si probleme urinare\/cu rinichii (infectiile urinare, nisip si pietre la rinichi, insuficienta renala). Oricine poate suferi de deshidratare vara, dar conditia este extrem de periculoasa mai ales pentru copii (care sunt predispusi la stari de voma si diaree) si varstnici (care sunt mai vulnerabili din cauza schimbarilor fiziologice, fragilitatea organismului, boli sau medicamente).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12562 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/nisip-mare-vara.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"316\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/nisip-mare-vara.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/nisip-mare-vara-324x160.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cantitatea pentru hidratarea estivala corecta depinde de greutatea fiecaruia (inmulteste-ti greutatea cu 30 si obtii numarul de mililitri necesari zilnic), media fiind de 8-10 pahare\/zi. Pentru asta, incepe-ti si termina-ti ziua cu un pahar de apa, bea de-a lungul intregii zile si inainte sa ti se faca sete, ia o sticla refolosibila de apa peste tot cu tine, infuzeaza apa cu felii de lamaie si frunze proaspete de menta (pentru a-i da un gust deosebit si fresh), evita cafeaua si ceaiul (contin cofeina, care are proprietati diuretice), include in alimentatie supe, ciorbe, seminte de chia hidratate (care pot absorbi de pana la 12 ori greutatea lor in apa!), fructe si legume cu un continut ridicat de apa (pepene rosu, capsune, grapefruit, castraveti, telina, rosii, ridichi, ardei grasi, broccoli, conopida, spanac).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Descopera<\/em>\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/de-ce-somnul-si-hidratarea-sunt-atat-de-importante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de ce hidratarea este atat de importanta<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Mananci gustari sarate.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Snacks-urile sarate din comert (chips-uri, saratele, covrigei, sticks-uri, pocorn, rondele de paine uscata, fistic, seminte de floarea-soarelui\/de dovleac) provoaca balonare si alte probleme digestive, umflare la nivelul fetei si extremitatilor, deoarece organismul tau retine apa, pentru a dilua sarea din ele. Motivul? Contine calorii si iti provoaca foame (deci poate insemna kilograme in exces, determinandu-te sa mananci mai mult si mai des), iar in acelasi timp te deshidrateaza. Mananci prea multe dulciuri.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inghetata, vafele cu topping-uri, dulciurile de festival si vara merg mana in mana, dar consumul de zahar adaugat nu este sanatos, deoarece se transforma rapid in calorii nedorite, grasimi si kilograme excedentare. Urmezi diete-soc.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toate doamnele vor sa arate bine intr-un costum de baie vara, dar ajungi la acest nivel printr-o alimentatie sanatoasa in permanenta, nu prin diete-fulger tinute pe ultima suta de metri, care iti pot afecta organismul. O dieta soc prost construita (care iti promite \u2013 de exemplu \u2013 ca \u201escapi de 10 kg in 10 zile\u201d) poate insemna calorii, nutrienti si energie in minus, dureri de cap, greata, diaree si o stare generala proasta dupa doar cateva zile.
