apoi indeparteaza-le coditele, taie-le marunt si pune-le intr-un castron.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Unge ciupercile cu jumatate din cantitatea de ulei vegetal si otetul balsamic (folosind o pensula de silicon), pune-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt (cu zona concava in sus), apoi da tava la cuptor timp de 8-10 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata, spala si taie marunt ceapa (alege una mai mica pentru aceasta reteta de ciuperci umplute), ardeiul capia\/gras, rosiile uscate, usturoiul, cartoful dulce (pune-le in acelasi bol) si patrunjelul (pune-l in castronul cu ciuperci ramase).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o tigaie incapatoare, incinge restul de ulei si soteaza ceapa, usturoiul, cartoful, ardeiul si rosiile uscate timp de cateva minute, pana cand incep sa se inmoaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga chimionul, boiaua afumata\/dulce\/iute, patrunjelul si coditele de ciuperci si mai lasa pe foc alte 2-3 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune sare si piper, dupa gust, apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Scoate ciupercile din cuptor si scurge lichidul care s-a acumulat in tava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Umple cu o lingurita fiecare ciuperca si introdu din nou tava la cuptor, pentru alte 10-12 minute, apoi serveste ciupercile umplute imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Ciuperci umplute cu legume<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti da si mai multa savoare acestei retete de ciuperci umplute cu legume presarand deasupra (la final, dupa ce ai scos tava din cuptor) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/parmezan-vegan-reteta-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">parmezan vegan<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti modifica reteta, in functie de ce ingrediente ai prin casa: umple ciupercile cu fasole fiarta\/din conserva, varza rosie, dovleac sau morcovi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti servi ciupercile umplute ca atare sau alaturi de sosul preferat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra ciupercile umplute ramase la frigider timp de 3-4 zile, intr-o caserola acoperita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cartofii dulci (pe numele lor latinesc, <em>Ipomoea batatas<\/em>) sunt originari din America Centrala si de Sud, existand dovezi arheologice (fosile) care le dovedesc existenta in urma cu 35 de milioane de ani?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cartofii dulci pot fi variati din punct de vedere al culorii: rosu inchis, maro, mov, portocaliu, albi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cartofii dulci isi capata gustul prin incalzire: in cursul acestui proces, amidonul din ei e transformat in zahar (maltoza)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti controla dulceata cartofilor dulci prin metoda in care ii prepari: cu cat ii gatesti mai rapid, cu atat sunt mai putin dulci?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cartofii dulci snut bogati in fibre, vitamine (A, C, B-uri), minerale (potasiu,mangan, magneziu, cupru) si antioxidanti (betacaroten, care le da si culoarea intensa)?
