Pline de vitamine, minerale, antioxidanti, proteine, fibre, si grasimi sanatoase (nesaturate), majoritatea superalimentelor sunt de origine vegetala. Asta nu inseamna ca pot vindeca orice afectiune: multa lume are asteptari nerealiste de la superalimente si uita ca \u2013 pentru a-si face eficient treaba \u2013 acestea trebuie incluse intr-un stil de viata sanatos (o alimentatie echilibrata, sport si miscare, renuntare la alcool si fumat). Alege sa ai o superalimentatie, pentru a te bucura din plin de beneficiile oferite de acestea!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Superalimentele in medicina traditionala<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cu mult timp inainte ca acest concept de \u201esuperalimente\u201d sa fie lansat pe piata nutritionala, formele traditionale de medicina foloseau anumite alimente cu proprietati de vindecare, care asigurau echilibrul corp-minte si sprijineau starea de bine. Medicina traditionala chineza, de exemplu, considera ca fiind superalimente ciupercile medicinale, ginseng-ul si fructele goji; Ayurveda (medicina traditionala indiana) miza in acelasi fel pe fructe sezoniere, legume, nuci, seminte si condimente vindecatoare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Superalimentele\u00a0 si suplimentele alimentare<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12250 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chlorella-tablete.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chlorella-tablete.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chlorella-tablete-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Superalimentele si suplimentele alimentare merg mana in mana cand vine vorba despre o sanatate de fier: primele iti ofera nutrienti esentiali, cele din urma aduc un boost de compusi benefici care pot fi dificil de obtinut doar din mancare (calciu si Vitamina D, colagen, Vitamina B12, <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/ce-sunt-probioticele\/\">probiotice<\/a>). Nu lua niciodata suplimente alimentare in loc de pastilele prescrise de medic, intreaba-ti mereu doctorul daca suplimentele pe care le ei sunt permise inaintea unei anumite proceduri chirugicale si retine faptul ca \u201enatural\u201d nu inseamna intotdeauna \u201esigur\u201d (fiecare poate reactiona diferit la suplimente, in functie de doza administrata si de propriul organism).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">14 superalimente (de la A la Z), beneficiile lor si idei de retete<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Renunta la alimentele procesate, prajite, sarate si dulci din comert, in favoarea celor 14 superalimente din infograficul de mai jos. Daca iti vei umple zilnic farfuria cu produse viu colorate, proaspete si aromate, vei avea numai de castigat!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Avocado<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avocado este un fruct bogat in nutrienti \u2013 fibre, vitamine (B9, C, K), minerale (cupru, mai mult potasiu decat o banana), grasimi sanatoase mononesaturate (acid oleic) \u2013 care pot juca un rol in dietele de slabire, reducerea inflamatiei si a bolilor cronice: boli de inima, diabet, sindromul metabolic, anumite tipuri de cancer.
