Cu doar 8 indrediente simple, obtii o branza tartinabila de caju cremoasa si atat de aromata, bogata in proteine, fier, magneziu, vitaminele B6 si B12. In plus, contin acid oleic sanatos pentru inima, nu au colesterol si magneziul din ele ajuta la scaderea tensiunii sangvine si la mentinerea oaselor, dintilor si gingiilor sanatoase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Un aport zilnic de caju crud poate reducee riscul dezvoltarii de calculi bilari cu pana la 25%?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Drojdia inactiva uscata (sau nutritionala, cum i se mai spune) provine din specia <em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae<\/em><em>, de care apartine si drojdia clasica<\/em>? Drojdia inactiva nu are gluten si nu fermenteaza ca cea folosita la copt, deoarece este tratata termic si uscata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Drojdia inactiva este o sursa excelenta de vitamine, minerale si proteine de calitate?
