Acizii grasi mononesaturati Omega-9 sunt cele mai abundente grasimi din celulele corpului uman si pot fi produsi de organismul fiecaruia dintre noi din grasimi nesaturate, deci nu sunt clasificati drept acizi grasi esentiali (cum este cazul grasimilor polinesaturate Omega-3 si Omega-6). Dar sunt la fel de sanatoase ca acestea din urma, alimentele bogate in Omega-9 fiind recomandate datorita rolului pe care il joaca in protectia impotriva cancerului si in scaderea riscului atacurilor de cord si arterosclerozei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In articolul de fata am luat la puricat tipurile de grasimi Omega-9, beneficiile acestora pentru organismul tau si sursele alimentare care le contin, pentru a te ajuta sa iei decizii informate privind o viata sanatoasa.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Tipuri de grasimi Omega-9<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12477 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/masline-in-ulei-de-masline.jpg\" alt=\"masline in ulei de masline\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/masline-in-ulei-de-masline.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/masline-in-ulei-de-masline-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Exista 7 tipuri de grasimi Omega-9, cele mai importante si comune in alimentatia noastra fiind urmatoarele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>acid<\/strong><strong>ul<\/strong> <strong>oleic\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 este un acid gras mononesaturat, cel mai des intalnit acid gras din natura si cel mai abundent acid gras din tesuturile noastre adipoase; reduce riscul de cancer, boli de inima, hipertensiune, diabet si obezitate, imbunatateste starea de spirit si sistemul imunitar, tine batranetea la distanta, scade colesterolul si inflamatia, lupta cu artrita reumatoida, este important pentru un creier si un sistem nervos sanatoase; Dietele bogate in acid elaidic sunt asociate cu un risc crescut de preeclampsia, iar un exces de acid erucic este daunator persoanelor care fac chimioterapie si poate provoca leziuni si degenerari miocardice (grasimile se acumuleaza in tesutul muscular, care isi pierde contractilitatea) si vanatai persistente in timp (ani de zile), simptom al trombocitopeniei (boala care se manifesta prin tulburari de coagulare sangvina).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu exista doze zilnice recomandate oficial de specialisti, cand vine vorba despre un consum optim de grasimi Omega-9, deoarece acesta nu este un acid gras esential.
