Diverse studii de specialitate au demonstrat ca nutrientii pe care ii contin din abundenta chlorella si spirulina (aminoacizi, vitamine, minerale, clorofila, acizi grasi esentiali) le transforma in suplimente excelent de introdus in orice alimentatie sanatoasa, separat sau impreuna. Vitamina B12\u00a0 contribuie la metabolizarea proteinelor, formarea de globule rosii si sanatatea sistemului nervos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">spirulina contine mai multi aminoacizi esentiali (toti cei 8), beta-caroten, acid gamma-linoleic (GLA, grasime sanatoasa vitala pentru sanatatea inimii si creierului) si fitonutrienti decat chlorella<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">clorela contine mai multa Vitamina A, calciu, fier, magneziu, fosfor si zinc, mai multi acizi nucleici si de doua ori mai multa clorofila decat spirulina (are cea mai mare concentratie de clorofila din lume;
