Proverbul provine din Tara Galilor, prima lui atestare documentara datand dintr-un numar din februarie 1866, al publicatiei \u201eNotes and Queries\u201d: cititorii erau sfatuiti sa \u201eEat an apple on going to bed, and you\u2019ll keep the doctor from earning his bread\u201d (in traducere, \u201eMananca un mar inainte de culcare si doctorul nu-si va mai putea castiga painea\u201d).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Varianta actuala a zicalei este folosita de la finalul secolului XIX, iar in spatele ei se afla un adevar clar: merele au pectina (fibra care scade nivelul colesterolului rau, eliminandu-l din corp si ajutandu-ti inima), antioxidanti (care ajuta creierul), bor (mineral care iti pastreaza oasele sanatoase), chercitina (flavonoid care neutralizeaza efectul radicalilor liberi si ar putea combate cancerul), fibre si polifenoli (care promoveaza o digestie buna) si functioneaza ca o periuta de dinti, omorand bacteriile din gura? Nu indeparta coaja, aceasta reprezinta aproape 10% din greutatea fructului si contine nutrienti importanti, mai multi decat pulpa. Daca esti insarcinata, mananca mere crude, adauga-le in salate de fructe sau smoothie-uri, pentru a beneficia de toate plusurile pe care le aduc aceste fructe organismului tau in timpul celor 9 luni. Nutrientii pe care ii contin merele \u2013 mineralele, vitaminele si antioxidantii (fibre, potasiu, calciu, fier, magneziu, fosfor, vitaminele A, C, E, K, B2 si B6) \u2013 previn diverse probleme care pot afecta gravida si bebelusul in plina dezvoltare, dand o mana de ajutor naturala sarcinii tale.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12112 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/fat-sarcina.jpg\" alt=\"fat ecografie sarcina\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/fat-sarcina.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/fat-sarcina-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>1. Merele contin antioxidanti care protejeaza ADN-ul.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organismul este supus constant stresului oxidativ: in corp, oxigenul (din aer, apa, mancare si medicamente) se imparte in atomi cu electroni singulari (radicali liberi), care isi cauta o pereche, afectand in cursul acestui proces celulele, proteinele si ADN-ul, provocand imbatranire si boli. In cazul unei sarcini, poti combate radicalii liberi si proteja ADN-ul fatului, folosindu-te de antioxidantii din mere (folifenoli, flavonoide, Vitamina C).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Merele reduc riscul de nastere prematura\/defecte la nastere.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Femeile insarcinate pot include merele proaspete in alimentatie si pentru a preveni riscul de nastere prematura sau cu probleme, ca <em>Spina<\/em> <em>bifida<\/em>. Merele scad riscul de diabet gestational.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Femeile insarcinate risca sa dezvolte diabet gestational \u2013 complicatie temporara, care apare atunci cand nivelul zaharului din sange creste (din cauza schimbarilor hormonale, care afecteaza actiunea insulinei si balanta glucoza-insulina), de obicei in al doilea trimestru de sarcina. Cum stii ca risti sa dezvolti aceasta afectiune? Daca esti supraponderala sau obeza, ai avut diabet intr-o sarcina anterioara sau ai cazuri in familie, ai deja un copil, care a avut la nastere peste 4 kg, sau ai avut sindrom de ovar polichistic, atunci te poti considera avertizata!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12117 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/diabet-gestational.jpg\" alt=\"diabet gestational\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/diabet-gestational.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/diabet-gestational-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Diabetul gestational inseamna: pentru mama, cresterea riscului de a face diabet de tip 2 la un moment dat, in viata (unii experti estimeaza ca sansele in acest sens ar creste cu 60%!), potentiala crestere a cantitatii de lichid amniotic si posibila nastere prin cezariana; in cazul fatului, nivelul crescut de glucoza ii va stimula secretia de insulina, acesta va avea o greutate mult prea mare la nastere, se poate naste prematur, dupa nastere poate avea hipoglicemie si are risc crescut de a deveni obez\/diabetic cand creste. Merele iti detoxifica organismul.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cercetarile de specialitate arata ca un consum regulat de mere poate elimina din corp metale grele, ca plumbul, cadmiul si mercurul, lucru extrem de important in cele 9 luni de sarcina (un nivel toxic al acestora poate afecta dezvoltarea fatului). Asta deoarece pectina este extrem de eficienta in eliminarea prin urina a toxinelor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. Merele iti cresc nivelul de energie.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Majoritatea femeilor care urmeaza sa devina mame se confrunta cu o scadere a nivelului de energie in cursul sarcinii, din cauza deficientelor nutritionale si a transformarilor prin care trece corpul lor. Merele previn picioarele umflate.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarcina afecteaza intregul organism al mamei: stiati ca uterul creste de 14 ori mai mare decat era inainte de a ramane insarcinata (de la dimensiunile unei pere, la marimea unui pepene rosu!), iar inima ta pompeaza cu pana la 50% mai mult sange si bate de 10-20 de ori mai des\/minut? Printre punctele cu minus ale celor 9 luni se afla si picioarele si gleznele umflate, cauzate de lichidul in exces din corp si de presiunea suplimentara a uterului in crestere. Acest edem este extrem de deranjant mai ales spre finalul sarcinii, la sfarsitul zilei sau cand este foarte cald afara.
