Adauga apoi frunzele in apa clocotita si fierbe-le 2 minute (aceasta metoda le pastreaza savoarea si prospetimea). Scoate-le din oala si lasa-le alte 2 minute in apa cu gheata. Stoarce urzicile intr-o sita, taie-le marunt si pune-le in pungute cu sistem de inchidere de plastic, gata portionate (pentru ca atunci cand le dezgheti sa le poti folosi in intregime).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Urzicile (pe numele lor latin,\u00a0<em>Urtica dioica<\/em>) sunt folosite de mii de ani, in scop medicinal: egiptenii le foloseau pentru a trata artrita si durerile lombare (gratie proprietatilor antiinflamatoare ale acestora), iar soldatii romani isi frecau pielea cu urzica pentru a se incalzi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Urzicile contin vitaminele A, C, K si B-uri, minerale (calciu, fier, magneziu, fosfor, potasiu), grasimi Omega-3 si Omega-6, toti aminoacizii esentiali si beta-caroten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ceaiul de urzica detoxifica organismul si este diuretic, scapa corpul de toxinele in exces din rinichi (prevenind formarea de pietre la rinichi), stimuleaza sistemul limfatic si poate ajuta femeile insarcinate (deoarece reduce durerile nasterii, protejeaza impotriva sangerarilor excesive si stimuleaza lactatia)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In Roma si Grecia antica, usturoiul era consumat de catre saraci, soldati si marinari?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Grecii lasau usturoi pe pietrele de la rascrucea drumurilor, ca ofranda adusa zeitei rascrucilor, Hecate?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Festivaluri dedicate usturoiului exista in SUA, Marea Britanie, Finlanda, Estonia si Romania (organizat, in vara lui 2018, in Pasul Tihuta, la Piatra Fintinele, in judetul Bistrita-Nasaud)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>China produce in jur de 80% din usturoi, la nivel mondial?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trebuie sa incerci acest pate de urzici cu prima ocazie, pentru a descoperi ce minunatie sanatoasa poti face cu doar o mana de ingrediente (fix cinci).
