spala legumele si da-le pe razatoarea mare, apoi scurge-le bine de zeama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata usturoiul de coaja, apoi zdrobeste-l intr-o presa de usturoi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spala urzicile proaspete cu apa rece, apoi scurge-le bine de apa si toaca-le marunt cu un cutit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 170-190<sup>o\u00a0<\/sup>C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca \u2013 intr-un bol incapator \u2013 fulgii de ovaz, faina, urzicile tocate, legumele date pe razatoare, usturoiul, sare si piper (dupa gust) si uleiul vegetal;
