gasesti in link-ul de mai sus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru a pregati aceasta sanatoasa si colorata mancarica de spanac (cu soia si smantana vegetala), incepe prin a curata ceapa si cateii de usturoi de coaja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Taie marunt ceapa si usturoiul si incinge uleiul, intr-o tigaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Caleste in tigaie jumatate din cantitata de usturoi si toata ceapa, iar cand acestea devin aurii adauga granulele de soia (spalate si scurse bine de apa) si spanacul proaspat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa amestecul pe foc timp de cateva minute, pana cand spanacul se inmoaie putin si lichidul scade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie smantana vegetala (preparata deja), sare si piper (dupa gust), apoi incorporeaza in mancarica de spanac si restul de usturoi taiat marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mai lasa pe foc 1 minut, apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/smantana-din-lapte-de-cocos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smantana din lapte de coco<\/a><a arpagicul?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Proprietatile medicinale ale cepei sunt recunoscute din vechime, aceasta fiind folosita in tratamentul durerilor de cap, bolilor de inima si aftelor bucale?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ceapa este o sursa excelenta de antioxidanti (compusi care limiteaza oxidarea, proces ce afecteaza celulele organismului nostru si contribuie la aparitia unor boli grave \u2013 cancer,\u00a0diabet, boli de inima), continand peste 25 de tipuri diferite? Ceapa rosie, de exemplu, contine antocianine (pigmenti din familia flavonoidelor, care ii confera culoarea intensa).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul (a carui denumire stiintifica este <em>Spinacia oleracea<\/em>) este originar din Persia si este inrudit cu sfecla rosie si quinoa?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Consumul de spanac ajuta ochii, reduce stresul oxidativ, poate preveni cancerul si reduce hipertensiunea?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul este renumit pentru continutul de fier: fiecare 100 g de spanac proaspat contin 2,7 mg de fier, adica 15% din doza zilnica recomandata\/DZR; odata fierte frunzele, fierul creste la 3,6 mg (20% din DZR)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Popeye Marinarul manca spanac de fiecare data cand avea nevoie de un boost de energie (cantand \u201eI\u2019m strong to finich \u2018cause I eats me spinach\u201d) din cauza unei zecimale puse gresit?
