adauga quinoa intr-o oana in care ai pus 2 cani de apa rece si ai adaugat sare; pune oala la fiert, la foc mediu; cand da in clocot, redu focul si lasa la fiert 10-15 minute, pana se absoarbe lichidul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Taie marunt ceapa si usturoiul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o tigaie, adauga cateva linguri de apa si uleiul, apoi caleste legumele pe care le-ai taiat anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie quinoa si spanacul fierte (ambele scurse bine) si mararul taiat marunt si mai lasa mancarica la fiert timp de cateva minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Condimenteaza cu sare si piper, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Mancarica de spanac si quinoa<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste mancarica atat calda, cat si rece, ca garnitura pentru snitele vegetale, de exemplu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru aceasta reteta de mancarica de spanac si quinoa poti folosi spanac proaspat (pune intr-o tigaie, pe foc, in jur de 2 maini de spanac spalat bine; In plus, contine si potasiu, magneziu, vitaminele E si B6.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul te ajuta sa lupti cu afectiuni ca hemofilia, cataracta, arteroscleroza si ulcerul, ajutand mineralizarea osoasa, cresterea si dezvoltarea copiilor (inca din uter) si facandu-ti muschii mai puternici?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul poate fi consumat crud (in salate cat se poate de simple, condimentate doar cu sare si zeama de lamaie) sau fiert\/sotat (ca garnitura vegetala pentru un fel principal de mancare)?\/li&gt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul este originar din Orientul Mijlociu, fiind cultivat in Persia de mii de ani?
