Alaturi de verisoara ei, chlorella, spirulina este considerata un superaliment contemporan. Integrata in alimentatie din cele mai vechi timpuri (de catre azteci si triburile Kanembu din centrul Africii), acum spirulina este cultivata in scop comercial din Mexic pana in Africa si din Hawaii pana in Japonia.\u00a0Spirulina a fost promovata de la finalul anilor \u201980 incoace de organiatii de incredere, ca NASA (care a folosit-o in alimentatia astronautilor), Natiunile Unite si Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii (care o recomanda in combaterea malnutritiei infantile si pacientilor cu HIV).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Administrata ca supliment (sub forma de capsule sau pulbere), spirulina are un continut nutritional uimitor: are mai multe proteine decat carnea, pestele si soia (de o calitate excelenta, comparabila cu cea din oua), mai mult betacaroten decat orice alt aliment, toti cei 8 aminoacizi esentiali (plus alti 10 aminoacizi neesentiali) de care corpul uman are nevoie zilnic, este bogata in vitamine, minerale si grasimi sanatoase Omega-3 si Omega-6 (in ratie excelenta, de 1,5:1). In magazinul online Sano Vita gasesti spirulina la preturi competitive, in ambele forme de administrare! Doza zilnica minima recomandata este de 2-3 g (1 ingurita de spirulina pudra) sau 4-6 tablete de 500 mg. Spirulina luata cu cel putin 4 ore inainte de culcare (deoarece iti ridica rapid nivelul de energie). Multi dintre nutrientii pe care ii contine aceasta alga uscata nu sunt solubili in apa (deci eliminati din corp pe cale naturala), asa ca poti lua odata toata doza. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26813468\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu din 2016<\/a> indica faptul ca un consum regulat de spirulina (timp de 3 luni) reduce greutatea si indexul de masa corporala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alte doua studii de specialitate au dovedit ca spirulina <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20010119\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creste anduranta<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16944194\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">amana semnificativ momentul in care incepi sa te simti obosita<\/a>, in timpul exercitiilor fizice. Administrarea de suplimente de spirulina da o mana de ajutor metabolismului tau, odata cu rata metabolica crescandu-ti si nivelul de energie si \u2013 din nou \u2013 ajutandu-te sa arzi mai multe calorii\/zi si sa slabesti. Intoxicatia cu metale grele este o problema serioasa in tari ca SUA, Bangladesh, India, Taiwan si Chile. La fel de important este sa cumperi spirulina din surse certificate, pentru a te asigura ca este pura si necontaminata.
