Pune-i intr-un cos sau intr-o cutie de carton, in care sa aiba ventilatie buna, apoi lasa-i in camara sau intr-un loc rece si intunecat. Nu innoda punga si nu spala ardeii decat inainte de a-i folosi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai cumparat cateva legaturi de<strong> ridichi<\/strong>, acum de faci cu ele? Ei bine, le poti pastra in mai multe moduri. Vor sta crocante in frigider timp de 5-8 zile daca scufunzi ridichile inr-un bol cu apa rece si lasi frunzele atasate (cand frunzele se pleostesc sau isi schimba culoarea, e timpul sa le consumi). Daca vrei sa prelungesti perioada de timp pana la 1-2 saptamani, atunci curata-le de frunze si radacini (dar nu le spala!) si pune-le intr-o punga cu sistem de inchidere de plastic\/o caserola acoperita, in straturi: un servet de hartie umed, un strat de ridichi (alternativ, pana umpli punga\/caserola si la final pui deasupra un servet de hartie umed).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12021 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/ceapa-uscata.jpg\" alt=\"ceapa uscata\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/ceapa-uscata.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/ceapa-uscata-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Ceapa<\/strong> <strong>uscata<\/strong> trebuie depozitata in camara sau intr-un spatiu uscat, ventilat si intunecat, unde va rezista timp de 1-2 luni. Poti pune ceapa intr-un cos\/o cutie de carton (intr-un singur strat) sau poti folosi o pereche veche de ciorapi de dama, pentru a-i asigura ventilatia (facand noduri dupa fiecare ceapa; astfel, cand ai nevoie de una, o tai si restul raman agatate). Daca ai ramas cu jumatate de ceapa dupa o reteta, acoper-o bine cu folie alimentara\/de aluminiu si da-o la frigider; o poti consuma in urmatoarele 3 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> <strong>verde<\/strong> se pastreaza cel mai bine ca florile in vaza: da jos elasticul si pune legatura de ceapa verde intr-un borcan in care ai turnat putina apa rece, cu radacinile in jos; acopera partea superioara cu o punga de plastic larga (poti folosi o casca de dus de unica folosinta); astfel, vei avea ceapa verde proaspata si crocanta timp de pana la 7 zile.<strong> Prazul <\/strong>se pastreaza in conditii optime timp de 3-5 zile, invelit in folie alimentara (dar nu prea strans) sau taiat in doua si pus intr-o caserola acoperita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12023 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/morcovi.jpg\" alt=\"morcovi\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/morcovi.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/morcovi-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Morcovii<\/strong> raman crocanti pana la 1-2 saptamani daca le tai frunzele verzi (le consuma din nutrienti), ii invelesti individual in folie cu bule si ii pastrezi in sertarul frigiderului. La fel de mult rezista daca le tai frunzele si ii pui intr-o caserola plina cu apa, fara capac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Usturoiul uscat <\/strong>se tine in camara sau la loc umbrit si rece, intr-o cutie sau cos fara capac, pentru a avea ventilatie buna, rezistand astfel timp de 2-3 luni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rosiile<\/strong> nu se tin decat pe blatul din bucatarie, unde se vor coace uniform, departe de lumina soarelui! Rezita asa 4-6 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12025 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/castraveti.jpg\" alt=\"castraveti\" width=\"640\" height=\"423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/castraveti.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/castraveti-324x214.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Castravetii <\/strong>se tin la temperatura camerei, timp de pana la 7 zile, dar departe de banane si rosii, deoarece sunt sensibili la etilena emanata de acestea si se vor strica mai repede. Daca vrei sa ii pastrezi crocanti inca 3-4 zile, o poti faci punandu-i la frigider, dar nu oricum: inveleste fiecare castravete intr-un servetel de hartie, apoi pune-i pe toti intr-o punga cu sistem de inchidere de plastic. Daca ai cumparat un castravete lung si nu l-ai folosit pe tot odata, acopera-l strans cu folie alimentara si pastreaza-l la frigider pana la 3 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ciupercile <\/strong>cumparate la caserola acoperita de folie alimentara se pastreaza ca atare la frigider, timp de pana la 5-7 zile (da cateva gauri in folie, pentru a permite umiditatii in exces sa se evapore). Daca le-ai cumparat separat, la kilogram, pune-le intr-o punga de plastic gaurita sau o punga de hartie pe care o lasi deschisa, in frigider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12027 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/conopida.jpg\" alt=\"conopida\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/conopida.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/conopida-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Conopida<\/strong> trebuie scoasa din folie, daca ai cumparat-o ambalata, si tinuta la frigider, cu tulpina in jos, intr-o caserola de plastic in care ai pus un prosop de bucatarie\/servetel de hartie usor umed, pentru a pastra umezeala. Acopera caserola cu folie alimentara in care dai cateva gauri, pentru a permite aerului sa circule; asa, va rezita la frigider timp de 2-4 saptamani. Spala conopida abia inainte de a o folosi. Daca ai uitat de ea in sertarul de legume si s-a inmuiat usor, o poti revigora desfacand-o in buchetele pe care le lasi apoi la frigider, asezate vertical, intr-o caserola cu apa rece, timp de 1 ora. Daca ai taiat conopida, dar nu ai folosit-o pe toata odata, buchetelele ramase pot fi tinunte in continuare la frigider timp de alte 2-3 zile, intr-o caserola acoperita. Retine faptul ca, odata taiata, conopida isi pierde rapid aroma si absoarbe alte arome din frigider, deci consum-o cat mai repede!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12029 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/broccoli.jpg\" alt=\"broccoli\" width=\"640\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/broccoli.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/broccoli-324x235.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Broccoli<\/strong> se pastreaza tot la frigider. Daca il vei consuma in 2-3 zile, scoate-l din folia alimentara, pulverizeaza-l cu apa si inveleste-l in prosoape de hartie (rezultatul trebuei safie umed, nu ud). Daca dupa 2 zile, prosopul este prea umed, inlocuieste-l cu unul nou. Daca vrei sa prelungesti perioada de depozitare la 1 saptamana, pune tulpina intr-un borcan cu apa rece, acopera inflorescenta cu o punga de plastic larga (poti folosi o casca de dus de unica folosinta) si schimba apa zilnic. Spala inflorescentele de broccoli abia inainte de a le folosi. Buchetelele de broccoli ramase pot fi tinunte in continuare la frigider, intr-o caserola acoperita, timp de alte 3-5 zile, daca sunt spalate in prealabil cu apa cu otet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dovleacul<\/strong> trebuie pastrat in camara, la loc racoros si ventilat, unde poate rezista timp de pana la 1-2 luni. Daca ai taiat un dovleac si nu l-ai consumat pe tot, acopera bucata ramasa cu folie alimentara si pastreaza-o pana la 4 zile la frigider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12031 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/dovlecei.jpg\" alt=\"dovlecei\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/dovlecei.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/dovlecei-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Dovlecelul<\/strong> se pastreaza proaspat la frigider, timp de 5-7 zile. Pune-l intreg, nespalat, intr-o punga de plastic gaurita, pentru a incuraja circulatia aerului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Telina<\/strong> poate fi cumparata sub forma clasica, de radacina, sau doar tulpinile (asa-numitul apio). Telina radacina (intreaga sau taiata) poate fi acoperita de folie alimentara si tinuta pana la 1 saptamana in frigider. Telina tulpina rezista la rece 1-2 saptamani: taie-i frunzele si baza alba si tare, taie fiecare tulpina in jumatate, pune buchetul de telina obtinut intr-un borcan mai inalt decat buchetul, plin cu apa; pune-i capacul; schimba apa o data la cateva zile. Vor rezista asa in jur de 3 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fasolea<\/strong> <strong>verde <\/strong>nu se spala decat inainte de a se folosi la gatit. Pastreaz-o la frigider, intr-o punga cu sistem de inchidere de plastic sau o caserola acoperita (in care ai pus un servet de hartie); va rezista pana la 1 saptamana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12035 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/salata-verde.jpg\" alt=\"salata verde\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/salata-verde.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/salata-verde-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Salata verde, spanacul si rucola <\/strong>se pastreaza cel mai bine la frigider, timp de pana la 7 zile. Dupa ce le-ai cumparat, spala-le bine, scurge-le de apa in exces folosind un uscator de salata si apoi lasa-le la uscat pe un prosop de bucatarie curat, pune-le la loc in uscator, acopera-le cu un servetel de hartie, pune capacul uscatorului si da vasul la frigider. O alta metoda este ca, dupa ce le speli, le scurgi de apa in exces si le lasi la uscat pe un prosop de bucatarie curat, sa rulezi prosopul pe latime, acoperind frunzele de jur imprejur, sa il prinzi la capete cu elastic si sa il pui pe raftul de jos al frigierului; prosopul va mentine umiditatea frunzelor verzi si va absorbi apa in exces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12037 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/varza.jpg\" alt=\"varza\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/varza.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/varza-324x243.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/varza-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/varza-265x198.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Varza<\/strong> trebuie pastrata intreaga pana cand o folosesti, pentru ca incepe sa-si piarda din Vitamina C, odata taiata. Tine-o invelita intr-o punga de plastic in care ai dat gauri si spal-o doar inainte de a o folosi; va rezista asa pana la 3-4 saptamani. Daca ai taiat-o, inveleste strans restul de varza in folie alimentara; se va pastra in frigider alte cateva zile. <strong>Varza<\/strong> <strong>chinezeasca <\/strong>sta proaspata la frigider pana la 1 saptamana, invelita in folie alimentara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Varza de Bruxelles<\/strong> se pastreaza la frigider, intr-o caserola fara capac\/o punga de plastic cu gauri, timp de 1saptamana. Pulverizeaza o punga de hartie cu apa rece, pune in ea 2-3 stiuleti, vertical, apoi introdu punga intr-una cu sistem de inchidere de plastic; scoate tot aerul din ea si sigileaza-o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ai cumparat un manunchi de<strong> sparanghel <\/strong>si nu stii unde sa il depozitezi pana il gatesti, atunci afla ca trebuie sa procedezi ca in cazul ridichilor sau a cepei verzi: lasa manunchiul de sparanghel legat, taie varful radacinilor lemnoase, scufunda-l intr-un borcan cu putina apa rece si acopera-i varfurile verzi cu o punga de plastic larga (foloseste cel mai bine o casca de dus de unica folosinta); schimba apa periodic, daca devine tulbure. Va rezista astefel aranjat timp de pana la 7 zile, la frigider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12041 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sfecla-rosie.jpg\" alt=\"sfecla rosie\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sfecla-rosie.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sfecla-rosie-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Sfecla<\/strong> <strong>rosie<\/strong>, odata cumparata, trebuie curatata (indeparteaza pamantul fara a o spala, taie-i frunzele, dar lasa 1 cm din ele in partea superioara). Pasul urmator implica frigiderul: pune sfecla intr-o punga de plastic cu gauri si verific-o periodic, pentru a vedea daca este la fel de tare; teoretic, asa poti pastra sfecla rosie pana la 1-3 luni!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Anghinarea<\/strong> se pastreaza timp de pana la 7 zile la frigider: pastreaza-le intregi, nu le spala dupa cumparare, dar pulverizeaza usor tulpinile cu apa;
