las-o pe foc pana se inmoaie si devine transparenta, amestecand din cand in cand, cu o lingura de lemn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga peste ceapa, in tigaie, sfecla rosie si mararul tocat marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tine tigaia pe foc pana cand sfecla se incalzeste, apoi stinge focul si adauga zeama de lamaie, uleiul vegetal si sare, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Salata de sfecla rosie, cu marar<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste imediat, ca garnitura, alaturi de piure de cartofi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/burgeri-vegetali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">burgeri vegetali<\/a> sau peste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/crenvursti-din-soia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">crenvursti din soia<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti incorpora in salata de sfecla rosie cu marar si morcovi fierti intregi si apoi dati pe razatoarea mare, pentru a obtine o salata bicolora si a incorpora si mai multe vitamine si minerale in ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sfecla rosie (<em>Beta vulgaris<\/em>) contine fibre, vitamine (C, B2, B9), minerale (fier, mangan potasiu) si betaina (antioxidant care ii da culoarea intensa)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sfecla rosie si sucul acesteia sunt asociate cu numeroase beneficii (majoritatea datorate continutului ridicat de nitrati anorganici): pot imbunatati circulatia sangvina, pot reduce tensiunea si pot creste performanta sportivilor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sfecla rosie a fost consumata din Antichitate, in Babilon, Grecia si Roma, arheologii descoperind dovezi conform carora era mancata si in nordul Africii?
