adauga apa, da in clocot si apoi redu focul, lasand amestecul la fiert pana se inmoaie toate ingredientele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La sfarsit, adauga sare, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Scurge lichidul, indeparteaza legumele (care au fost adaugate in reteta doar pentru a da aroma lintei) si lasa salata Tabbouleh la racit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toaca marunt ceapa verde, patrunjelul si menta; Unele variatii includ usturoi sau salata si folosesc cus-cus in loc de bulgur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea contine polifenoli (compusi activi care lupta impotriva radicalilor liberi, promoveaza sanatatea cardiovasculara si previn diabetul), proteine (o cana de linte gatita are 18 g din doza zilnica recomandata de 50 g), fier (o cana de linte gatita are 6,6 mg, in jur de o treime din doza zilnica recomandata), calciu (care este benefic pentru sanatatea oaselor), magneziu (care te ajuta sa scapi de stres si sa dormi mai bine), fibre (care sunt importante pentru un tranzit intestinal si o digestie optime) si acid folic (care este important pentru femeile care sunt\/vor sa ramana insarcinate)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Consumul regulat de menta ajuta mult pacientii care sufera de astm, fiind un relaxant eficient, are ii scapa de congestie?
