Aquafaba poate fi folosita in retetele vegane in loc de oua si poti obtine cu ajutorul ei bezele uimitoare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Clatitele de naut si spanac pot fi reincalzite usor, la cuptor, pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul este un superaliment (este plin de nutrienti, dar are putine calorii), frunzele lui verzi fiind importante cand vine vorba desre sanatatea oaselor, parului si pielii?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>100 g de spanac proaspat contin 28,1 mg de Vitamina C, adica 47% din doza zilnica recomandata? Aceeasi cantitate de spanac fiert, fara sare, contine doar 9,8 mg de Vitamina C, echivalentul a 16% din doza zilnica recomandata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Turmericul are un efect pozitiv asupra inflamatiei gingivale si te poate ajuta sa scapi de durerile de dinti, pastrandu-ti dentitia mai alba in mod natural? Inmoaie periuta de dinti uda in putin turmeric\u00a0pudra si spala-te pe dinti, lasand condimentul sa actioneze 3-5 minute; clateste-te bine, apoi spala-te cu pasta de dinti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Turmericul poate tine matreata, cearcanele si inflamatia faciala la distanta si iti poate ajuta pielea sa ramana tanara si luminoasa, gratie continutului de curcumina (agent antiinflamator si de albire dovedit)?
