Incasii o numeau \u201emama tuturor cerealelor\u201d si o considerau sacra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Quinoa nu are gluten, are un indice glicemic mic (controland nivelul zaharului din sange) si are efecte benefice asupra sanatatii metabolismului?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Quinoa este foarte usor de preparat, fiind gata in doar 15-20 de minute? Fierbe quinoa in apa (in raport de 2 la 1), cu un strop de sare; lasa la fiert totul 15-20 de minute si serveste imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fasolea este bogata in aminoacizi (caramizile care construiesc zidul proteic), fiind o sursa bogata de proteine pentru vegetarieni si vegani?
