In primul rand, unde le tii pana se coc si cum pot fi coapte mai rapid (pune-le intr-o punga de hartie, cu un mar sau o banana coapte, care emana etilena, gaz ce accelereaza coacerea). Apoi, trebuie sa stii cum pastrezi fructele coapte proaspete cat mai mult timp: pe care trebuie sa le pui la rece si pe care sa le pastrezi la temperatura camerei (pe blatul din bucatarie). Dar si cum procedezi cu bucatile ramase din fructele mari, daca le-ai mancat doar partial. Dar pentru a le prelungi durata de depozitare, pune-le mai bine la frigider (in sertarul din partea de jos, intr-o punga de plastic gaurita sau acoperite cu un servet de hartie umezit), unde vor rezista pana la o luna. Daca ai o cantitate mai mare de mere, atunci camara\/beciul\/garajul e locul potrivit: inveleste fiecare mar (fara a-i indeparta codita) in hartie si pune-le in ladite (intr-un singur strat), folosindu-le mai intai pe cele mai mari, care se vor inmuia primele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ai cumparat <strong>pere<\/strong> necoapte, pastreaza-le pe blatul din bucatarie pana se coc. Culoarea nu este un indicator al faptului ca perele s-au copt, pentru ca majoritatea nu isi schimba culoarea: ca sa iti dai seama ca s-au copt, apasa-le usor in zona superioara, aproape de codita; daca zona este moale, para este coapta. Odata coapte, perele trebuie mancate cat mai repede, iar pentru a le pastra pana la 5 zile fara sa se strice, pune-le la frigider, in sertarul pentru fructe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11760 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/prune.jpg\" alt=\"prune\" width=\"640\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/prune.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/prune-324x212.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Daca ai cumparat <strong>prune<\/strong> necoapte, lasa-le pe blatul din bucatarie, intr-o punga de hartie. Odata ce s-au copt, pune-le intr-o punga de plastic, in sertarul frigiderului, unde vor rezista 3-5 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cumpara <strong>banane<\/strong> mai verzi si tine-le pe blatul din bucatarie, unde se vor coace in 1-2 zile. Odata coapte, trebuie consumate in 2-3 zile. Daca vrei sa le incetinesti coacerea, acopera manunchiul de codite cu folie alimentara\/de aluminiu, pentru a impiedica eliberarea etilenei. Daca s-au copt, dar nu le poti manca imediat, le poti acoperi cu folie alimentara si baga la frigider (coaja li se va innegri, dar miezul nu va fi afectat); le poti pastra asa, coapte, la rece, alte 7 zile; cand vrei o banana, scoate-o de la frigider si las-o sa ajunga la temperatura camerei, inainte de a o manca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11762 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/citrice.jpg\" alt=\"citrice\" width=\"640\" height=\"417\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/citrice.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/citrice-324x211.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cum pastrezi <strong>citricele<\/strong>? Pe blatul din bucatarie poti tine mandarine, clementine, lamai, portocale, grapefruit si pomelo timp de 1-2 saptamani. In plus, le poti depozita si la frigider (coaja li se va intari, dar miezul va ramane zemos): vor rezista 1-2 (mandarine, clementine, portocale, grapefruit si pomelo) sau chiar 3-4 saptamani (lamai galbene si verzi\/lime).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru ca <strong>ciresele<\/strong> si <strong>visinele<\/strong> nu se mai coc dupa ce sunt culese, tind sa se strice rapid si prind mirosul altor alimente, trebuie tinute la frigider, intr-o caserola acoperita, spalate doar inainte de consum si lasate sa ajunga la temperatura camerei inainte de a fi mancare; asa vor ramane proaspete pana la 7-10 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11764 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/struguri.jpg\" alt=\"struguri\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/struguri.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/struguri-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Strugurii<\/strong> trebuie mancati la scurt timp dupa cumparare, daca sunt copti. Modalitatea optima de depozitare este la frigider, intr-o punga\/caserola de plastic, urmand a fi spalati doar inainte de consum; asa vor rezista timp de 1-2 saptamani.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca nu sunt coapte, <strong>piersicile si nectarinele<\/strong> trebuie lasate pe blatul din bucatarie 2-3 zile pana capata o aroma placuta si devin usor moi la atingere. Daca sunt coapte, frigiderul e prietenul lor cel mai bun: pune-le in sertarul pentru fructe, pentru a le pastra pana la 5-7 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11766 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/caise.jpg\" alt=\"caise\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/caise.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/caise-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Caisele<\/strong> se coc pe blatul din bucatarie in 2-5 zile, daca le-ai cumparat mai tari, dar se pastreaza cel mai bine la rece, intr-o punga de plastic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai cumparat<strong> capsuni<\/strong>. Acum ce faci cu ele? Verifica toate fructele si scapa de cele care au urme de mucegai sau sunt lovite. Spala capsunile intr-un amestec de 3:1 apa si otet, apoi clateste-le cu apa rece si usuca-le bine, pe un servet de hartie. Pastreaza-le la frigider pana la 5 zile, intr-o caserola (in care ai pus mai intai un servetel de hartie) acoperita cu folie alimentara (in care ai dat gauri) sau al carei capac este asezat partial deasupra ei, pentru a permite condensului sa se evapore; schimba servetelul de hartie periodic, daca este nevoie; da-le jos coditele doar inainte de a le manca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11768 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/fructe-de-padure.jpg\" alt=\"fructe de padure\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/fructe-de-padure.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/fructe-de-padure-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Dupa ce cumperi <strong>fructe<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>padure<\/strong>, scapa de cele care au urme de mucegai sau sunt lovite. Spala afinele, murele si coacazele intr-un amestec de 3:1 apa si otet, apoi clateste-le cu apa rece si usuca-le bine, pe un servet de hartie. In cazul zmeurei, care este prea fragila pentru asta, sari direct la pasul urmator. Pastreaza fructele de padure la frigider intr-o caserola (in care ai pus mai intai un servetel de hartie) acoperita cu folie alimentara (in care ai dat gauri) sau al carei capac este asezat partial deasupra ei, pentru a permite condensului sa se evapore; schimba servetelul de hartie periodic, daca este nevoie. Afinele vor rezista astfel 1-2 saptamani, coacazele \u2013 6 zile, zmeura si murele \u2013 doar 2-3 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pepenele<\/strong> <strong>galben<\/strong> se coace pe blatul din bucatarie in 1-2 zile si este gata de taiat cand capata aroma parfumata specifica, iar coaja este usor moale la apasare, mai ales in zona coditei. Poate fi bagat intreg la frigider, pentru 5 zile. Odata taiat si curatat de samburi, pepenele galben ramas sta proaspat la frigider timp de 3 zile, acoperit cu folie alimentara sau taiat in cubulete si pus intr-o caserola acoperita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11770 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/pepene-rosu.jpg\" alt=\"pepene rosu\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/pepene-rosu.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/pepene-rosu-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Fruct pe care il cumparam mereu testandu-i gradul de coacere, <strong>pepenele<\/strong> <strong>rosu<\/strong> nu se mai coace dupa ce a fost cules. Acesta poate fi tinut intreg, la frigider, pana la 5 zile, cu samburi cu tot. Odata taiat, bucata ramasa poate fi pastrata la frigider, in coaja, pana la 1 saptamana (invelita bine in folie alimentara). Daca preferi sa il tai cubulete, pune-l intr-o caserola acoperita; va ramane proaspat 3-4 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odata cumparat, un <strong>mango<\/strong> se coace pe blatul de bucatarie intr-o saptamana si trebuie mancat imediat. Cum iti dai seama ca un fruct de mango verde s-a copt? Este usor moale la apasare, miroase parfumat si devine rosiatic. Daca vrei sa il pastrezi mai mult timp, imediat de s-a copt, da-l la frigider \u2013 va mai rezista 7 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11772 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/avocado.jpg\" alt=\"avocado\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/avocado.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/avocado-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cumpara <strong>avocado<\/strong> verzi si tari, necoapte, care au codita. Tine-le pe blatul din bucatarie, se vor coace in 4-5 zile, innegrindu-se uniform la culoare. Daca nu esti sigura ca este copt, incearca sa-i dai jos codita; daca se desprinde usor si la baza este verde deschis, este copt; daca nu se desprinde, este necopt. Un avocado copt poate fi tinut la frigider intreg pana la 4-5 zile. Daca ai folosit doar jumatate din el, lasa samburele in jumatatea ramasa, stropeste-o cu zeama de lamaie (sau unge-o cu ulei vegetal, pentru a nu oxida) si acoper-o bine cu folie alimentara; va rezista la rece inca 1 zi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odata cules, <strong>ananasul<\/strong> nu se coace prea bine (devine mai zemos si mai galben, dar nu si mai dulce), deci alege din supermarket fructe coapte: pentru asta, smulge 1-2 frunze din mijlocul manunchiului superior; daca se desprind usor, ai un ananas castigator! Pastreaza ananasul cumparat 1-2 zile pe blatul din bucatarie (asa ii va scadea ciditatea), apoi curata-l, taie-l si mananca-l imediat sau pune-l la frigider maxim 4 zile (intr-o punga de plastic cu gauri). Daca nu il poti termina odata, pune cuburile de ananas ramase intr-o caserola acoperita si tine-o la frigider 6-7 zile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fructele de <strong>kiwi<\/strong> se coc pe blatul din bucatarie in 2-3 zile (devenind usor moi la apasare).
