De-a lungul timpului, s-a descoperit ca bacteriile rezistente la antibioticele moderne nu capata rezistenta in fata mierii de Manuka: mierea de Manuka scade riscul de dezvoltare a MRSA (o periculoasa infectie cu <em>Staphylococcus aureus<\/em>, varietate de bacterie rezistenta la antibiotice) sau o trateaza eficient, iar testele clinice demonstreaza ca mierea de Manuka poate ucide peste 250 de tipuri de bacterii.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Mierea de Manuka promoveaza sanatatea orala<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studiile indica faptul ca \u2013 spre deosebire de zahar \u2013 mierea de Manuka are efecte antibacteriene si te poate ajuta sa previi cariile, gingivita si alte boli periodontale (deoarece reduce acumularea de tartru si de bacterii in gura).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11576 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-manuka-dureri-in-gat-741x401.jpg\" alt=\"miere de manuka dureri in gat\" width=\"640\" height=\"346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-manuka-dureri-in-gat-741x401.jpg 741w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-manuka-dureri-in-gat-324x175.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-manuka-dureri-in-gat-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-manuka-dureri-in-gat.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Mierea de Manuka lupta cu durerile in gat<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mierea de Manuka ataca bacteriile care provoaca durerile in gat, reduce inflamatia si acopera zona cu un strat protector si calmant, deci poate fi de ajutor si in raceli (in combinatie cu scortisoara), si in cazul pacientilor care fac chimioterapie sau radioterapie si ajung sa sufere de mucozita (leziuni inflamatorii ulcerative ale membranelor gurii, esofagului si tractului digestiv), ca urmare a acestora.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Mierea de Manuka ar putea trata ulcerul gastric<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efectul antibacterian al mierii de Manuka ar putea fi de ajutor in tratarea ulcerului gastric (care provoaca dureri, greata si balonare), fie el provocat de bacteria <em>H. pylori<\/em>, fie indus de consumul excesiv de alcool: studiile efectuate pe soareci cu ulcer de origine alcoolica au dat rezultate pozitive, cele pe oameni cu ulcer provocat de <em>H. pylori<\/em>\u00a0nu au indicat o scadere a bacteriilor daunatoare la un consum oral zilnic. Studiile continua.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Mierea de Manuka lupta cu problemele digestive<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mierea de Manuka poate scadea inflamatia la pacientii care sufera de <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/sindromul-colonului-iritabil\/\">sindrom de intestin iritabil<\/a> (luptand cu simptomele deranjante), ataca tulpinile bacteriei <em>Clostridium difficile <\/em>(care provoaca diaree severa si inflamatie intestinala) si lupta cu refluxul acid. repeta procedeul de 2 ori\/zi, pana cand pielea s-a vindecat<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">calmeaza arsurile solare usoare cu miere de Manuka \u2013 fa-ti propria crema calmanta, pentru vara, amestecand 3 parti lotiune de corp fara parfum cu 1 parte miere de Manuka;
