Mierea de Manuka este o sursa bogata de aminoacizi, vitamine din grupul B, calciu, cupru, fier, magneziu, mangan, fosfor, potasiu, sodiu si zinc. Descopera in articolul nostru cum este produsa mierea de Manuka, de ce costa atat de mult, cum iti dai seama ca nu este contrafacuta, ce beneficii are mai exact si daca isi merita sau nu locul pe podiumul superalimentelor naturii!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce este mierea de\u00a0Manuka?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mierea de Manuka este produsa exclusiv in Noua Zeelanda si Australia, iar numele ii vine de la arbustul de Manuka (<em>Leptospermum scoparium<\/em>, care este inrudit cu arborele de ceai si astfel botezat de populatia maori), prin polenizarea caruia albinele din zona produc mierea omonima. Arbustul de Manuka creste in ambele tari insulare (adesea in zone greu accesibile si izolate), dar infloreste doar 2-6 saptamani\/an. Lupta pentru intaietate este incinsa: exporturile aduc neo-zeelandezilor sute de milione de dolari anual, dar australienii insista ca ei au produs primii, in lume, aceasta miere unica. Asociatia Australiana a Mierii de Manuka transmite ca albinele au aparut in tara lor in 1822, cu 17 ani inainte de a ajunge in Noua Zeelanda, folosind <em>Leptospermum scoparium (<\/em>arbust originar de aici) pentru a produce prima miere de Manuka. In plus, in Australia de gasesc peste 80 de specii de <em>Leptospermum scoparium<\/em>, in timp ce in Noua Zeelanda creste doar 1, si aceea originara tot de la vecini.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De ce este mierea de Manuka speciala?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mierea de Manuka este primul tip de miere care a fost cercetat si recunoscut pentru calitatile ei naturale remarcabile. Aparuta in Noua Zeelanda dupa introducerea albinelor europene in 1839, mierea de Manuka este produsa in scop comercial de la finele anilor 1870 incoace, dar a devenit populara abia dupa 100 si ceva de ani. In 1983, unul dintre studentii profesorului dr. Peter Molan (biochimist neo-zeelandez la Universitatea din Waikato), K.M. Russell, a publicat o teza despre proprietatile antibacteriene ale mierii, in general. 5 ani mai tarziu, cei 2 publicau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/284756309_Non-peroxide_antibacterial_activity_in_some_New_Zealand_honeys\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un studiu clinic<\/a> care demonstra proprietatile antibacteriene ale mierii de Manuka din Noua Zeelanda.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11503 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/recoltare-miere-de-albine-730x486.jpg\" alt=\"recoltare miere de albine\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/recoltare-miere-de-albine-730x486.jpg 730w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/recoltare-miere-de-albine-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/recoltare-miere-de-albine-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/recoltare-miere-de-albine.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Ce spune stiinta despre mierea de Manuka?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orice miere are proprietati antibacteriene si antiinflamatorii, fiind un antibiotic natural gratie peroxidului de hidrogen (apa oxigenata) din compozitie. Dar nu toata mierea este la fel de puternica din acest punct de vedere: unele tipuri de miere sunt si de 100 de ori mai potente decat altele! In cazul mierii de Manuka, principalul component antibacterian este MGO (metilglioxal, prezent si in alte tipuri de miere, dar in cantitati mult mai mici), care se formeaza din nectar si poate creste, pe masura ce mierea de Manuka se invecheste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concentratia de MGO poate fi de la 0 mg\/kg la 1.000 mg\/kg, iar tot ce depaseste 100 mg\/kg (adica un rating UMF de peste 5) transforma mierea intr-una cu efect antibacterian. Acest MGO care confera \u201emagia\u201d mierii de Manuka, nu este recunoscut si conform legii, insa: legal, MGO-ul nu este unul dintre markerii care defineste mierea de Manuka tocmai pentru ca nivelul acestuia se poate modifica in timp.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cum se masoara puterea antibiotica a mierii de Manuka?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11136 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-albine.jpg\" alt=\"miere de albine\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-albine.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-albine-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-albine-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/miere-de-albine-728x486.jpg 728w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/>Puterea antibiotica este masurata dupa diverse sisteme de gradare instituite in Noua Zeelanda si aprobate de catre Ministerul Industriilor Primare (MPI) de aici, care reglementeaza standardele produsului si aproba toata mierea de Manuka pentru export:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MGO<\/strong>, sistem de gradare intre 0 si 550+, care masoara nivelul de metilglioxal, despre care spuneam mai sus; a fost creat de profesorul Thomas Henle (in 2008) si este folosit de brand-ul\u00a0Manuka Health<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>UMF<\/strong> (Unique Manuka Factor), sistem de gradare de la 0 la 20, care masoara nivelul de MGO, NPA (activitatea non-peroxidica), leptisperina (nectarul arbustului de Manuka) si DHA (tip de acid gras Omega-3); cu cat gradul UMF este mai ridicat, cu atat mierea de Manuka are mai multi compusi antibacterieni, este mai inchisa la culoare, are un gust diferit, un pret diferit si poate fi folosita ca remediu pentru mai multe afectiuni; a fost creat de Asociatia Mierii UMF (Noua Zealanda) si este folosit de brand-uri ca Manukora, Comvita, Kiva si Happy Valley<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KFactor\u2122<\/strong>, sistem de gradare intre 0 si 22, care masoara markeri ca puritatea, enzimele active, peste 250 de reziduuri chimice, DHA, cantitatea de polen, nivelul de pH si de antioxidanti, compusii fenolici; a fost creat si este folosit de brand-ul Wedderspoon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11510 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Mierea-de-Manuka-Sisteme-de-gradare.jpg\" alt=\"Mierea de Manuka - Sisteme de gradare\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Mierea-de-Manuka-Sisteme-de-gradare.jpg 900w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Mierea-de-Manuka-Sisteme-de-gradare-324x182.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Mierea-de-Manuka-Sisteme-de-gradare-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Mierea-de-Manuka-Sisteme-de-gradare-741x417.jpg 741w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/>Ce spune legea despre mierea de Manuka, in Noua Zeelanda?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In februarie 2018, dupa 3 ani de cercetare, MPI a stabilit definitia stiintifica a mierii de Manuka, care o deosebesc de alte tipuri de miere si fac diferenta intre mierea de Manuka monoflora (produsa de albine in principal din nectarul si polenul arbustului de Manuka) si mierea de Manuka poliflora (produsa de albine din nectarul si polenul mai multor flori, printre care si Manuka).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cei 5 markeri pe care trebuie sa ii bifeze toate tipurile de miere de Manuka (fie ea poliflora sau monoflora) sunt identificati printr-un test chimic si unul ADN si sunt urmatorii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-Phenyllactic acid (cel putin 400 mg\/kg)<\/li>\n<li>2\u2019-Methoxyacetophenone (cel putin 5 mg\/kg)<\/li>\n<li>2-Methoxybenzoic acid (cel putin 1 mg\/kg)<\/li>\n<li>4-Hydroxyphenyllactic acid (cel putin 1 mg\/kg)<\/li>\n<li>marker AND al polenului de Manuka (mai putin de Cq 36, aproximativ 3 fg\/\u00b5L)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De ce costa mierea de Manuka mai mult decat alte tipuri de miere?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11504 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/stupi-de-albine-730x486.jpg\" alt=\"stupi de albine\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/stupi-de-albine-730x486.jpg 730w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/stupi-de-albine-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/stupi-de-albine-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/stupi-de-albine.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceasta miere neo-zeelandeza este unica in lume datorita compozitiei (nectarul florilor de Manuka, care are proprietati holistice unice) si raritatii (este produsa in cantitati mici, din stupi plasati in zone izolate, unele accesibile doar cu elicopterul, albinele au doar 2-6 saptamani\/an la dispozitie si cantitatea rezultata depinde extrem de mult de vreme). Prin urmare, mierea de Manuka este mult mai scumpa de produs decat alte tipuri de miere.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De unde stiu ca am cumparat miere de Manuka reala?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cum iti dai seama ca borcanul de miere de Manuka pe care vrei sa il cumperi dintr-un magazin sau de pe Internet este un produs autentic si nu unul contrafacut?
