OMS recomanda alaptatul exclusiv (fara alte lichide\/alimente solide) timp de 6 luni\u00a0si combinat cu alimente solide pana la 2 ani sau cat de mult doresc parintii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca te-ai hotarat sa alaptezi, atunci trebuie sa intelegi foarte bine ca ceea ce mananci iti poate afecta organismul propriu si pe cel al micutului tau: o alimentatie sanatoasa este extrem de importanta pentru mamele care alapteaza!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11322 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/alimentatie-in-alaptare-729x486.jpg\" alt=\"alimentatie in alaptare\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/alimentatie-in-alaptare-729x486.jpg 729w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/alimentatie-in-alaptare-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/alimentatie-in-alaptare-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/alimentatie-in-alaptare.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Laptele matern este o substanta complexa, compusa din peste 200 de elemente diferite (printre care proteine, grasimi, carbohidrati, vitamine, minerale, enzime, hormoni), care variaza de la mamica la mamica, dar si de la alaptare la alaptare, pentru aceeasi persoana: laptele matern poate avea o compozitie diferita la ore diferite din zi, iar de-a lungul timpului evolueaza, pentru a oferi bebelusului tau in crestere exact nutrientii de care are nevoie. O mamica a carei alimentatie este sanatoasa va inlocui cu succes nutrientii pierduti prin alaptare de propriul corp, va fi energica si va oferi puiului ei un lapte matern de cea mai buna calitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un nou-nascut schimba radical ritmul de viata al parintilor, iar ideea de a gati sanatos, a manca la ore fixe, a dormi suficient si a avea grija de tine asa cum trebuie poate parea absurda. Incearca sa ai o alimentatie sanatoasa si echilibrata. <\/strong>Asta inseamna sa mananci in fiecare zi cel putin 3 mese si cateva gustari \u2013 toate sanatoase. Alege fructe si legume cat mai variate (rosii, galbene si portocalii, citrice, legume cu frunze verzi), cereale integrale, nuci, seminte, leguminoase, grasimi sanatoase, 6-8 pahare de apa (sau alte bauturi fara cafeina) si renunta la gustarile care nu inseamna decat calorii goale (de exemplu, in loc de o punga de chips-uri sau un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/covrigul-o-pacaleala-de-peste-200-de-calorii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">covrig<\/a><\/strong> cald, alege un mar). Asigura-te ca din alimentatia in alaptare nu iti lipsesc: Vitamina A, proteinele, Vitamina B9\/acidul folic, fierul, Vitamina C, zincul, calciul, Vitamina D, Omega-3. Gandeste-te ca multe dintre substantele din alimentele consumate de tine influenteaza culoarea, compozitia si gustul laptelui matern si asa ii poti oferi bebelusului tau o fundatie alimentara sanatoasa de la care sa porneasca, in viata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Consuma numarul corect de calorii in fiecare zi.<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Productia de lapte matern si alaptarea unui nou-nascut de 8-12 ori\/zi presupun utilizarea unei cantitati mari de energie din partea mamei, deci in perioada alaptarii ar trebui sa consumi in jur de 500 de calorii in plus\/zi \u2013 in jur de 2.200-2.500 kcal\/zi. Aceasta cifra poate fi mai mare daca ai diabet, urmezi un regim de viata vegetarian sau vegan, ai gemeni, alaptezi in timp ce esti insarcinata din nou; in acest caz, cere sfatul unui medic, pentru a sti exact de cate calorii ai nevoie pentru a ramane sanatoasa si tu, si micutul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11314 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/apa-741x472.jpg\" alt=\"apa\" width=\"640\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/apa-741x472.jpg 741w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/apa-324x206.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/apa-768x489.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/apa.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>3. Hidrateaza-te corespunzator. <\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laptele matern este compus in proportie de 90% din apa, deci in perioada alaptarii este important sa bei destule lichide in fiecare zi. Asa vei avea o lactatie sanatoasa, vei evita deshidratarea (care vine cu senzatia de gura uscata, dureri de cap, ameteala si slabiciune) si constipatia. O regula usor de urmat este aceea de a bea apa de fiecare data cand iti alaptezi bebelusul, deci de 8-12 ori\/zi. In total, trebuie sa ajungi la 6-8 pahare de apa\/alte lichide fara cofeina (daca este vara sau esti mai activa fizic, cantitatea creste) si nu trebuie sa iti fie sete niciodata.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/de-ce-somnul-si-hidratarea-sunt-atat-de-importante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aici<\/a><\/u> <\/strong><strong>de ce hidratarea este atat de importanta!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Mananca alimente care stimuleaza productia de lapte.<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Multe dintre alimentele sanatoase pe care le incluzi in alimentatia ta de mamica ce alapteaza te pot ajuta sa produci in mod natural o cantitate suficienta de lapte matern: cereale integrale (fulgi de ovaz, orez brun), naut, legume cu frunze verzi (spanac, kale, broccoli), migdale, fenicul, ghimbir, usturoi, seminte de susan, seminte si ulei de in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11316 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/briose-cu-ciocolata-741x479.jpg\" alt=\"briose cu ciocolata\" width=\"640\" height=\"414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/briose-cu-ciocolata-741x479.jpg 741w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/briose-cu-ciocolata-324x209.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/briose-cu-ciocolata-768x496.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/briose-cu-ciocolata.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>5. Atentie la alimentele interzise in sarcina, in exces! <\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anumite alimente si bauturi sunt recomandate in cantitati mici si trebuie sa ai grija sa nu exagerezi cu ele, pentru ca pot scadea cantitatea de lapte produs, pot ajunge (prin intermediul laptelui) la bebelus si pot produce colici, iritabilitate, probleme cu somnul. Inlocuieste-le mai bine cu optiuni mai potrivite, care pot fi consumate cat de des vrei, fara a va afecta pe niciunul dintre voi. In loc de alcool, alege o bautura non-alcoolica (o <\/span><strong><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bautura-ginger-beer-375-ml-353.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-ce-mananci-cand-alaptezi-7-sfaturi-de-alimentatie-sanatoasa-pentru-mamici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bere cu ghimbir<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">, de exemplu), un <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/5-retete-de-smoothie-delicioase-care-te-vor-umple-de-energie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">smoothie<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> sau o limonada. In loc de cafea, deserturi cu ciocolata\/cacao si sucuri pline de cofeina, alege ceaiurile, cafeaua din <\/span><strong><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/orz-solubil-crastan-cutie-200g-205.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-ce-mananci-cand-alaptezi-7-sfaturi-de-alimentatie-sanatoasa-pentru-mamici\">Orzo<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> si deserturile pe baza de <\/span><strong><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/pudra-de-roscove-150g-858.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-ce-mananci-cand-alaptezi-7-sfaturi-de-alimentatie-sanatoasa-pentru-mamici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">carob (pudra de roscove)<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Atentie la <\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">alergii si colici<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">! <\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ai in familie persoane alergice, care sufera de eczeme, <\/span><strong><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-tii-sub-control-dermatita-prin-remedii-naturiste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dermatita<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> sau astm, discuta cu medicul tau pentru a descoperi daca unele dintre alimentele consumate de tine pot produce reactii alergice, colici si iritatii bebelusului (produse lactate, alune, fructe de mare). In jur de 18% dintre nou-nascuti sufera de dermatita atopica sau eczema in primii 2 ani de viata, iar colicii afecteaza 15-40% dintre bebelusi in primele 4 luni dupa nastere. Pana la 6-9 luni, membrana intestinala a bebelusilor este extrem de absorbanta si nu ii poate proteja impotriva expunerii la bacterii si virusi cu potential alergen (ca proteinele din laptele de vaca, de exemplu). Cea mai buna metoda pentru a preveni alergiile infantile si colicii la bebelusi ramane alaptarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11325 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cura-de-slabire-sarcina-729x486.jpg\" alt=\"cura de slabire sarcina\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cura-de-slabire-sarcina-729x486.jpg 729w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cura-de-slabire-sarcina-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cura-de-slabire-sarcina-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cura-de-slabire-sarcina.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>7. Nu te concentra pe <\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">cura de slabire<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">.<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Mai mult ca sigur abia astepti sa scapi de kilogramele in plus acumulate in timpul celor 9 luni de sarcina. Dar, daca alaptezi, dieta pentru slabit trebuie sa lipseasca din peisaj: nu este sanatos sa incepi in timpul alaptarii o cura de slabire rapida, care iti reduce numarul de calorii! Alaptarea poate ajuta unele proaspete mamici sa slabeasca (deoarece contracta uterul si il readuce mai rapid la marimea initiala), dar pentru altele revenirea la greutatea de dinaintea sarcinii este mai grea. Ca idee, imediat dupa nastere, vei taia de pe lista 4,5-6 kg (greutatea bebelusului, a placentei si a lichidului amniotic); in urmatoarele cateva zile, vei elimina alte 2,5 kg (excesul de apa); in medie, daca mananci zilnic cele 500 de kcal in plus (despre care iti spuneam mai sus) si iti alaptezi exclusiv la san puiul, vei pierde 0,5 kg la 1-2 saptamani.
