vinete si naut<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coace vinetele si ardeii grasi\/gogosarii, pana li se innegreste coaja: o poti face pe gratar, in aer liber (daca stai la curte), pe aragaz (dar iti vei umple bucataria de fum si miros) sau in cuptor (cea mai usoara metoda \u2013 asaza legumele pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt\/folie de aluminiu, inteapa-le cu o furculita si coace-le la 200<sup>o<\/sup> C, in jur de 45 de minute).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune vinetele si ardeii grasi\/gogosarii in cate un vas, acopera-l cu un capac si lasa legumele sa transpire si sa se raceasca, pentru a le curata usor de coaja arsa si de seminte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa pulpa de vinete la scurs, pe un fund de lemn, 1-2 ore, pentru a elimina sucul amar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fierbe ceapa (intreaga) si morcovii (taiati in bucati mari) intr-o oala si separat, nautul uscat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toaca vinetele, ardeii grasi\/gogosarii, ceapa, morcovii si nautul cu un cutit sau folosind un robot de bucatarie, in bucati cat de marunte doresti (in functie de ce fel de zacusca vrei sa obtii \u2013 fina sau nu).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o cratita metalica si mica de inaltime (dar cu diametrul cat mai mare, pentru a obtine o zacusca groasa, nu apoasa, prin evaporarea lichidului din amestec), pune la fiert tot amestecul, turnand deasupra sucul de rosii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga foile de dafin, sarea, piperul si fulgii de ardei iute (daca vrei sa obtii o zacusca usor picanta).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa zacusca sa fiarba, la foc mic, timp de 1 ora, amestecand constant, pentru a nu se arde sau prinde de cratita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Gusta zacusca, mai adauga sare si piper, daca este nevoie, apoi introdu cratita in cuptor, inca 1 ora sau pana cand zacusca s-a ingrosat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand zacusca este gata, incorporeaza in ea si uleiul de floarea soarelui presat la rece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sterilizeaza borcanele (fierbe-le in apa clocotita 10 minute), umple-le cu zacusca fierbinte (lasand un spatiu de 1,5 cm pana la capac), intoarce-le cu fundul in sus, asaza-le pe o tava metalica si acopera-le cu o patura, lasandu-le la racit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A doua zi, preincalzeste cuptorul la 100<sup>o<\/sup> C, apoi inchide-l si introdu inauntru tava cu borcanele asezate cu fundul in sus \u2013 care trebuie apoi lasate la racit complet, in cuptor, fara a mai deschide usa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand borcanele si zacusca s-au racit complet, le poti eticheta si depozita in camara.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta reteta\u00a0Zacusca de vinete si naut<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sucul de rosii poate fi obtinut din rosii proaspete (transformate in suc in robotul de bucatarie) sau poate fi unul conservat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti inlocui morcovii cu alte radacinoase (patrunjel sau telina), pentru a varia gustul dulce pe care acestea le confera produsului final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti inlocui nautul cu linte rosie sau ciuperci proaspete (galbiori, hribi, champignon), pentru a obtine alta variatie de zacusca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Uleiul de floarea soarelui presat la rece se adauga la final, pentru a nu distruge nutrientii pe care ii contine (antioxidanti, Vitaminele E si F), sub actiunea caldurii intense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Zacusca nu se gateste doar in Romania, ci este prezenta in mai multe bucatarii din zona balcanica: Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Albania si Bosnia-Hertegovina?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align:
