justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in spatiul liber drojdia si toarna deasupra ei putina apa calduta, amestecand cu o furculita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Presara deasupra lingura de oregano uscat, uleiul de masline si sarea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Folosind furculita, incorporeaza restul de apa in aluatul de pizza care se formeaza in bol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Framanta rezultatul timp de cateva minute, pana cand obtii un aluat de pizza omogen si elastic, care se dezlipeste de pe mana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Unge peretii laterali ai bolului cu ulei de masline (pentru a nu se lipi de ei aluatul, cand creste).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa aluatul de pizza la crescut, acoperit cu un prosop curat de bucatarie, intr-un loc cald, pana cand si-a dublat volumul (1-2 ore).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o tigaie, topeste uleiul de cocos si adauga ardeii capia\/grasi taiati feliute subtiri, la calit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand se inmoaie putin, adauga si ciupercile (taiate felii) si lasa legumele la calit, la foc mic, amestecand constant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand s-au gatit, stinge focul si lasa-le la racit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul, la 200<sup>o<\/sup> C.<sup>\u00a0\u00a0<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o cana, amesteca bulionul, cu ceapa taiata marunt si busuiocul uscat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Imparte aluatul crescut in doua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Infaineaza blatul de lucru cu restul de faina ramasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intinde fiecare jumatate de blat de pizza, folosind sucitorul, intr-o forma de cerc, de diametrul tavei folosite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga fiecare cerc de aluat de pizza in tava lui (sau, daca ai o singura tava, fa operatiunile urmatoare pe rand).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Deasupra aluatului intinde jumatate din cantitatea de sos preparat anterior, adauga jumatate din cantitatea de legume calite, branza vegana preferata (data pe razatoarea mare) si introdu tavile in cuptorul preincalzit, timp de 25-30 de minute, pana cand marginile devin aurii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Pizza\u00a0cu legume<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: adaptata: adauga peste blatul de pizza masline, branza tofu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/reteta-de-humus-clasic\">humus<\/a>, spanac, anghinare, <a folosi aceeasi reteta pentru aluat de pizza si aceleasi ingrediente pentru a face calzone: transforma ingredientele in umplutura, asezandu-le pe jumatate din cercul de aluat; impatureste cealalta jumatate de aluat deasupra lor, lipind bine marginea.
