Dar astazi iti propunem sa reinventezi mamaliga, cu o reteta de inspiratie mexicana, care include printre ingrediente si pasta de tahini. Tahini este o pasta cremoasa, care se obtine din seminte de susan prajite si zdrobite si care apare in toate retetele de humus. Pasta de tahini inclusa in aceasta reteta de mamaliga ii confera o aroma altfel, iar rezultatul este o mamaliguta cremoasa si gustoasa, fara pic de unt!<\/p>\n<p class=\"recipe-summary\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sosul salsa include numeroase legume sanatoase si pline de culoare, iar in combinatie cu mamaliga calda, va da nastere unui conglomerat de arome si culori in farfuria ta. susan ramase si preseaza-le usor, pentru a se atasa de compozitie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune tava la frigider timp de 15 minute, pentru a se aseza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca ingredientele pentru sosul salsa (rosia, fasolea, porumbul, ceapa rosie, chimenul, coriandrul, sucul de lamaie) si adauga sare, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Taie mamaliga in romburi si pune fiecare romb pe grill timp de 10 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align:
