In primele luni de viata, mama decide daca isi alapteaza copilul natural sau nu, apoi urmeaza diversificarea la bebelusi si un nou set de reguli legate de alimentatia sanatoasa si introducerea de noi retete de mancare in meniul zilnic al copilului. Dupa diversificare, cand cel mic creste si incepe sa aiba preferinte culinare, ecuatia denumita \u201emancat sanatos\u201d va include elemente care nu mai depind exclusiv de parinti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prin urmare, se pune intrebarea \u201eCum cresti copii cu stil de viata sanatos?\u201d. Cum te asiguri ca ai tai copii prefera fructele si legumele, in loc de prajituri si dulciuri? Ce fel de mancaruri pentru copii trebuie sa gatesti pentru ca greutatea copiilor sa fie una normala? Mai ales daca ai copii mofturosi la masa&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a-ti ajuta copilul sa manance sanatos, variat si echilibrat, incearca sa urmezi sfaturile de mai jos, care impletesc ideea de \u201emananc sanatos\u201d cu retete de mancare rapide si trucuri legate de alimentatia celor mici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Organizeaza mesele dupa un orar.\u00a0<\/strong>La fel ca in cazul rutinei zilnice legate de somn, baie sau joaca in parc, copilul trebuie sa fie invatat sa manance la ore fixe, o data la 3-4 ore (fie ca este acasa, la gradinita, la bunici, in timpul saptamanii sau in weekend). Mai exact, un stil de viata sanatos al copilului tau incepe cu trei mese (un mic dejun sanatos, urmat de un pranz si o cina la fel de sanatoase), doua gustari si multe lichide, pentru hidratarea corecta. Un copil hranit cum trebuie nu va fi nervos, obosit ori hiperactiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10851 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/idei-de-mancare-sanatoasa-741x431.jpg\" alt=\"idei de mancare sanatoasa\" width=\"640\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/idei-de-mancare-sanatoasa-741x431.jpg 741w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/idei-de-mancare-sanatoasa-324x188.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/idei-de-mancare-sanatoasa-768x447.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Gateste acasa.<\/strong> <strong>Si pentru toata familia.<\/strong> Alege sa faci retete rapide, in care sa integrezi alimentele necesare cresterii si dezvoltarii sanatoase ale copilului tau: cat mai multe fructe si legume, cereale si paste integrale, surse vegetale de proteine. Si nu te chinui sa faci un fel de mancare pentru voi si altul pentru cel mic: mancati toti la aceeasi masa, aceleasi feluri de mancare, pentru a-l incuraja sa va imite comportamentul culinar si sa incerce alimente noi, sanatoase. In plus, gatind asa iti vei usura treaba in bucatarie: nu mai bine petreci cateva ore in plus alaturi de copilul tau in loc sa le petreci la cratita, fierband o oala de&#8230; ceva?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Incepe diminetile cu dreptul. <\/strong>Transforma inceputul zilei in timp de calitate petrecut in familie. Fa-ti un plan saptamanal cu idei de mancare, pentru a avea in fiecare zi un mic dejun sanatos si variat, care il va determina pe copilul tau sa astepte cu interes si curiozitate fiecare dimineata. Micul dejun este cea mai importanta masa a zilei, deci pregateste mancaruri pentru copil (si pentru voi) cu fibre (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/clatite-din-faina-integrala-si-banane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>clatite<\/strong> <\/a>frantuzesti\u00a0sau americane ori vafe din faina integrala, in care poti sa incluzi merisoare uscate pline de antoixidanti \u2013 poti pregati aluatul pentru mai multe zile si il poti tine la frigider), smoothie-uri pline de vitamine (incearca reteta noastra cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/smoothie-cu-fructe-de-goji\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>fructe de goji<\/strong><\/a>!), feluri bogate in proteine (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/pateu-de-linte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pateu de linte<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/reteta-de-humus-clasic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>humus<\/strong><\/a>) si budinci sanatoase (ca cea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/budinca-de-chia-raw-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>de chia<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0de mai jos, pe care o poti pregati seara si da la frigider, pana dimineata).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"bM4MGn10Pa\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/budinca-de-chia-raw-vegana\/\">Budinca de chia raw-vegana<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"&#8220;Budinca de chia raw-vegana&#8221; &#8212; Alege sa fii sanatos!\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/budinca-de-chia-raw-vegana\/embed\/#?secret=bM4MGn10Pa\" data-secret=\"bM4MGn10Pa\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Pacaleste-l putin. <\/strong>Daca este reticent la fructe si legume, nu vrea sa incerce feluri de mancare noi si face mofturi la masa, introdu respectivul aliment in meniu treptat (pune-l pe masa alaturi de altele, sa aiba de unde alege singur), gateste-l in mai multe feluri (crud, fiert, pasat, introdus in tarte) si nu fa mare tam-tam cand gatesti ceva nou. Spune-i ca supereroul lui preferat mananca mazare \u2013 de exemplu \u2013 ori triseaza si fa smoothie-uri, ketchup sau sosuri cu legumele si fructele pe care le refuza, in loc sa il indemni constant sa manance tot din farfurie. Nu o va face!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Foloseste-te de varietate si curiozitate.<\/strong> Asigura-te ca ai mereu in casa fructe si legume variate, cereale integrale diverse, leguminoase colorate (si cele care ii plac copilului tau, si unele noi). Integreaza-le constant in retete de mancare diferite, asa copilul tau va avea de unde alege, va gasi mereu in casa ceva ce ii place (daca este innebunit dupa banane, cumpara-le des) si va putea incerca oricand ceva nou si sanatos, daca este curios (cumpara cartofi dulci, vinete albe, rosii galbene).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Introdu soia in retetele de mancare. <\/strong>Laptele de soia este cea mai la indemana varianta de a face asta, imbunatatind alimentatia copilului tau cu proteine vegetale, calciu, fier, para pic de colesterol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. Gateste alaturi de el, implica-l in proces. <\/strong>O alta modalitate de a asigura un stil de viata sanatos copilului tau este aceea de a-i arata ca a gati este distractiv, a cultiva verdeturi in propriul balcon este interesant, a merge la piata si a alege legumel colorate este o aventura \u2013 asa va fi mai interesat de produsul finit si va manca ce a creat sau ales cu mainile lui. Fii creativa in bucatarie. <\/strong>Taie fructele sau painea prajita in forme inedite, fa mini-versiuni de clatite, da nume simpatice mancarurilor cu legume (broccoli poate deveni \u201emancare de dinozauri\u201d, de exemplu). Copilul tau mananca si cu ochii, iar daca se va distra astfel la masa, sansele de a manca sanatos vor creste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. Fii un exemplu pentru copilul tau.<\/strong> Pentru a avea un copil cu un stil de viata sanatos, tu trebuie sa ii fii exemplu, deci scoate din alimentatia proprie si a familiei fast-food-ul! Nu tine cure de slabire excesive, nu te plange de greutate, nu sta nemancata, nu transmite copilului tau mesaje gresite legate de alimentatie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10. Rasfata-l din cand in cand. <\/strong>Un copil care nu gusta niciodata ciocolata, prajituri si dulciuri sau nu mananca niciodata popcorn va pofti la ce i se interzice.
