Prin urmare sunt diferite persoane ce promoveaza un stil de viata sanatos si care au un impact deosebit de mare asupra publicului larg.<br \/>\nBineinteles, de-a lungul timpului au aparut si s-au dezvoltat nenumarate programe prin care se realizeaza preventia si constientizarea oamenilor a ceea ce inseamna imunitatea si totodata preventia.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Specialistii spun ca&#8230; <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">&#8230;publicul trebuie educat, astfel incat sa inteleaga in cele mai mici detalii ceea ce se intampla\u00a0 cu sanatate lor in absenta unei imunitati puternice si ce trebuie facut pentru a nu avea de suferit din aceasta cauza.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>\u00a0&#8230;indiferent de natura problemei de sanatate sau de boala pe care o avem, datorita preventiei si a unui sistem imunitar bine construit, aceasta poate fi tratata din timp si prin urmare nu poate evolua. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De asemenea este foarte importanta vizita la medic regulata, dar si efectuarea analizelor periodice pentru a putea preveni anumite boli sau pentru depistarea acestora intr-un stadiu incipient.<br \/>\nDar pentru ca in cazul tarii noastre lucrurile se misca putin mai greu, cei mai multi dintre oameni se bazeaza foarte mult pe imunitatea naturala si pe modul in care se ingrijesc de sanatatea lor zilnica prin stilul de viata si mici trucuri naturale. Prin urmare pentru cei ce nu sunt la zi cu informatiile, dar isi doresc totusi sa-si pastreze imunitatea intacta sau aproape intacta o perioada indelungata de timp, in acest articol pot afla cat mai multe informatii teoretice dar \u0219i practice despre acest lucru.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce este si ce reprezinta imunitatea?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conform Wikipedia cuvantul imunitate provine din latina \u2013 immunitas, ceea ce inseamna <em>scutire<\/em>. Iar aceasta este caracteristica de baza a organismului vegetal, animal si uman de a se apara si a opune rezistenta impotriva microbilor si a substantelor toxice.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\"><p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Imunitatea este capacitatea organismului de a-si pastra vigurozitatea si sanatatea. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sistemul imunitar este format dintr-un sistem complet de celule si molecule denumite anticorpi care au rolul de a asigura protectia impotriva agresorilor, precum agentii patogeni (virusuri, bacterii, toxine si paraziti).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O caracteristica a sistemului imunitar este aceea de a memora antigenul dupa distrugerea agentilor patogeni. Aceasta memorare are loc cu scopul de a actiona rapid si prompt intr-o data viitoare cand se vor confrunta din nou cu agentii patogeni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Imunitatea naturala este de fapt imunitatea cu care ne nastem, aceasta insa se poate modifica in cursul vietii sau se poate instala dupa ce organismul s-a confruntat cu diferite microorganisme sau in perioadele de postvaccinare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Care este legatura dintre sistemul imunitar si cel limfatic?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru persoanele care nu cunosc foarte multe date, trebuie spus faptul ca sistemul limfatic este o componenta a sistemului imunitar, prin urmare sistemul limfatic este sistemul de aparare al organismului. De asemenea, sistemul limfatic este format la randul lui din limfa, vase limfatice \u2013 ce pot asigura transportul limfei, dar totodata este format si din structuri sau organe ce contin tesut limfatic, iar aici amintim de: splina, amigdalele, ganglionii limfatici, dar si timusul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a intelege mai bine acest sistem limfatic in cele ce urmeaza vei gasi cateva informatii despre fiecare componenta in parte a acestuia:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Splina<\/strong> are rolul de a sintetiza anticorpii, de a distruge si de a elimina toate acele bacterii anihilate, si prin urmare are rolul de a elimina si celulele sanguine moarte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amigdalele<\/strong> sunt cele ce fac parte din prima linie de protectie a ceea ce putem numi sistemul digestiv, dar si a aparatului respirator ce pot distruge bacteriile si virusurile din aceasta zona. Daca se ajunge la extirparea acestor amigdale, agentii agresori pot patrunde cu o foarte mare usurinta in organism.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ganglionii<\/strong> limfatici, acestia sunt localizati de-a lungul intregului corp si contin acele celule B care secreta anticorpi, dar si celule T si celule macrofage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timusul<\/strong> este o glanda mica, ce este situata in spatele sternului si deasupra traheei, rolul acestuia este sa produca celule T care sunt responsabile de ceea ce inseamna imunitatea celulara. Aceasta glanda este mai activa in perioada adolescentei si isi mai pierde din proprietati odata ce inaintam in varsta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10106 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/medic-1.jpg\" alt=\"medic\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/medic-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/medic-1-324x182.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/medic-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/medic-1-741x417.jpg 741w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Se poate testa imunitatea?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In prezent se pot face nenumarate teste prin care poti obtine diverse informatii despre organismul tau, asadar si in cazul imunitatii se fac anumite teste pentru a putea vedea\u00a0 starea sistemuli tau imunitar si astfel sa poti lua masuri pentru a putea imbunatati nivelul imunitar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analizele de sange prin care se evalueaza componentele sistemului imun si prin care, de asemenea puteti obtine informatii in acest sens, sunt\u00a0hemoleucograma si imunograma.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Hemoleucograma<\/strong> &#8211; in urma acestei analize puteti identifica numarul si procentul urmatoarelor celule: leucocite, macrofage si fagocite.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Imunograma<\/strong> &#8211; evalueaza anticorpii care sunt produsi de celule.<br \/>\nIn cazul imunoglobulinelor exista 4 mari clase:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>lg A &#8211; cel mai important element de aparare imbotriva bacteriilor;<\/li>\n<li>lg E &#8211; responsabila pentru alergii;<\/li>\n<li>lg M &#8211; este prima imunoglobulina secretata pentru a putea apara organismul atunci cand este amenintat;<\/li>\n<li>lg G &#8211;
